How do I check in for my SunExpress flight?

You’ll need to check in online with Sun Express to avoid paying an airport check-in fee. If you do want to check in at the airport, you can add this service as an extra via the SunExpress website.
You’ll find the link to SunExpress below, but you may want to take a look at our check-in guide first.
Before you get started, make sure you have the following handy:
- Your flight reference from your invoice/confirmation. This is not your Thomas Cook booking reference and can be found on the ‘flights’ section of your Thomas Cook invoice labelled ‘airline reference’ or ‘flight booking number’ (see the examples below). The reference is a random selection of numbers and letters (or just letters) in any order. If you're having trouble using your airline reference on the airline’s website, please double-check you’re using the right letters and numbers, as the letters ‘I, O and Z’ can look like the numbers ‘1, 0 and 2’.
Or:
- Your departure date.
Check in
- Go to the SunExpress website using the link below and click the 'My Booking' tab
- Select the 'SunExpress Bookings' tab
- Enter your 'Booking number’ (this is your ‘Airline reference’ as shown above) and your surname.
- You can also book any extras you want to add on the SunExpress website. This includes booking airport check-in.
Remember to check in for your return flight too!
