Can I make a group booking?
Absolutely! We can take bookings for up to 9 people or 3 rooms. If your group is bigger, you might need multiple bookings - but this could risk cancellations or extra rules from the hotel.
How do I book with an unborn baby?
For an unborn baby, use today’s date and pick ‘Master’ or ‘Miss’ for gender. You can update details after birth via Chat. Some airlines require adding the baby after birth, which may cost extra - we’ll tell you the price when you do.

What does 'non-refundable room' mean?
Non-refundable rooms are cheaper but must be paid in full. No changes or refunds after booking - best if your plans are final.
What's the minimum age to book a holiday?
