Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday

What's the weather like in Heraklion in September?
Sitting on the north coast of Crete, Heraklion is a wonderful Greek destination full of history and culture. It has a Mediterranean climate which brings hot summers and mild winters to the resort, with September having some of the warmest temperatures of the year. Conditions are cooling down a bit as summer turns into autumn, making this the perfect time to visit if you want to avoid the biggest crowds and highest temperatures.

In September, the average temperature in Heraklion is 23ºC, with highs of 26ºC in the hottest part of the afternoon. After a day at the beach or sightseeing in the local area, the average low dips to 19ºC in the evenings, ideal for a relaxing al fresco evening meal. September’s a dry month in Heraklion, with just 10mm of rain expected, along with nine hours of sunshine each day. If you want to go swimming or snorkelling in the Mediterranean Sea, the water’s a lovely 25ºC this month.
