The resort lies on the west coast of Kassandra, a privately developed contemporary ecological reserve with 405 hectares of evergreen landscape, crystal-clear Aegean waters and 7 km of golden sandy beaches. Built around picturesque Sani Marina, with its shops, galleries, restaurants, tavernas and bars, it offers a variety of sports and entertainment facilities and is haven for all tastes. There is a bus station just a few metres from the resort and Nea Moudania is about 25 km away.

This 50-room club resort is air-conditioned and has a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. There is also a hotel safe and currency exchange facilities. There is a children's playground and kids' club for the resort's younger guests. The resort's café, bar, lounge and restaurant have been designed in a contemporary style with a nautical feel and offer breathtaking views over the lagoon pool and private yacht marina.
