Spent 10 amazing days at this beautiful hotel. The staff treated us like Kings and Queens from the minute we got there. Welcomed with towel and drinks. Luggage brought to the rooms and we got a ride on the buggies. Lovely big rooms with 2 double beds in each room, brill entertainment in evenings and the restaurants were good. We had 4 rooms for 8 people 3 couple myself n my sister. The staff were amazing they couldn't do enough for us from bringing us drinks to the sun loungers ,to checking we were OK numerous times a day. Stunning hotel and grounds, always plenty going on and food and drinks served all day and into late evenings, not just in main restaurant but from the beach kitchen/bar We didn't want the holiday to end it was amazing. If I could I would give 10 stars to the staff and the hotel itself

Have just spent a wonderful week here and wish it was longer. The hotel is lovely. The gardens kept spotless. The room’s excellent. The beach area kept clean and tidy. But the outstanding thing about the hotel is the staff who all go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and do all they can for you. Every staff member from reception down to maintenance will greet you with a smile. Some of the names I can remember and stand out are,Hany in the rooftop bar, Hassan and Ayman in the restaurant and Eman and her friend in the spa but all the staff are brilliant. The food is good and varied. We had a spa package over 4 nights that was excellent and well worth the money. We have stayed at other hotels here in Sharm but definitely rate this one as the best. Tipping is very much appreciated but definitely not expected. One person in particular we had to tell him to take the money!! We will definitely return.
