Beach

The hotel is located directly on the white sands of Playa Bávaro. As a Unique Club member, you have access to a reserved section of the beach where sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge. The water is exceptionally calm here, making it a wonderful spot for a long afternoon soak or a gentle paddle.

“Perfect experience on Unique by Lopesan!”

We stayed at the Unique Lopesan to celebrate our honeymoon, and I can honestly say the experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish!!! The accommodations are exceptionally well-maintained, with impeccable decor and absolute cleanliness. As for the food, I didn’t feel like anything was missing; the breakfast was wonderful, and the lunch offerings were of high quality and great variety. The themed dinners were beyond impressive—both the service and the food were top-notch (a perfect 10). Every single staff member was attentive, polite, and eager to help. I would like to extend a special thank you to Ronald, our dedicated butler, who took excellent care of us. We definitely plan to return, and I highly recommend that everyone experience the Unique Lopesan for themselves.

“Fantastic Stay At Lopesan Costa Bavaro”

My husband and I went for our anniversary. We had a wonderful time. We stayed in room 5053. It had a beautiful viw of the ocean from the balcony. The beach was beautiful, clear blue water. The sand was powdery soft. They had a varity of foods at the buffet. Something for everyone. They had activity by the massive infinity pool most of the time. If you prefer it quiet, you can go to the Unique members only pool or the adult only pool, or the beach. Ronald from the Butler Dept. was fantastic. Always checking if we needed it anything and he always delivered. We can't wait to return.

“Butler Service at The Unique Club at Lopesan Costa Bavaro, Punta Cana”

We just returned from a week at the Unique Club at Lopesan Costa Bavaro in Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, with another couple who are good friends of ours. The accommodations were wonderful. There are multiple restaurants to eat in, as well as many things to do while there. The highlight though, was the butler service that we included in our package. Our butler's name was Ronald and we could not have had a better person assigned to us. He did everything that we asked of him and more. He was responsive basically 24 hours a day. He definitely made the trip more relaxing and enjoyable. We cannot say enough good things about him! I highly recommend this resort (and if you take the Unique package with butler service, I would request Ronald to be your butler).

“The Unique Club Experience with Top Butler, All Inclusive and BeWare of Airport Excursion Deals!”

This was by far the best vacation that I have experienced thus far! The location of the resort was perfect. The atmosphere was peaceful, friendly and plenty to do at the same time! The rooms were nice, with plenty of space. The air was a bit cold for my liking, so turned it off the majority of the time. If booking this resort, I would definitely recommend the Unique upgrade with the butler! We had the most amazing Butler Ronald Gomez, from the butler department. Ronald made sure we had no worries, as he made sure we had restaurant reservations every night, beach towels when they ran out, replenished snacks in the room along with wine, rum, chocolates, fruit and a beautiful sign on the door with rose petals on the bed making it a very romantic time! Ronald also assisted with information about excursions, and transportation questions for getting around the area. We had nothing to worry about; the check in was amazing with Esterbina Guerrero, as she walked us through everything step by step and was always available for further questions or concerns. I can't say enough about the food, the presentation was always absolutely amazing and the quality and taste of the food magnificent! Everywhere we ate had amazing staff and food. Within the Unique dining the following servers were amazing Scerely, Ana, and Jordan along with the managers. We had a wine tasting with Baca Wine that was awesome as Yan and Feliz made a a very memorable experience as they were very versed on wine and how to pair with foods and fruits. We had the chance to visit other resorts during our excursion time and from what I saw this resort was the best as based on outward appearance the staff and the food selections mention by others within the other resorts. This resort has a club, theater shows, gym, casino, several shops on the Boulevard. When they say All-Inclusive it is All-Inclusive and only a few things are not, which they provide details about with no hidden charges on the menus if dinning at a restaurant, pay attention if there are prices it will be next to the item like a bottle of wine and some whiskies, rums and tequilas. The Unique Experience is a must as it is very personalized and you will get your monies worth. Use caution when getting ready to leave the airport to find your transportation to your resort! There will be several others claiming to be available to assist you. Stay firm and find your specific transportation and or resort and book excursions through them only! This will save you time from dealing with unsure transportation to and from your excursion if you choose to do one. Honestly there is enough to do on the resort you really do not need to do any excursions unless you would like to experience the culture!

“Excellent time at an excellent resort”

We stayed with some family over March break and had a great time. The resort itself is spectacular. As you arrive you are greeted by friendly staff and enter a beautiful lobby that rivals world wide luxury hotels. We booked the unique club and it was well worth the little extra that we paid. We had a private check in area, a private beach area, a private lunch and breakfast area. We also had a private pool though it was a ways away from the beach and main pool we only really used it once. We also had butler service and our friend Ronald was excellent. He was very attentive, checked in with us every morning and throughout the day and was always able to find restaurant availability for us which wasn’t always easy for 6 people in a resort that was maxed out. We called or messaged him whenever we needed anything and he always delivered. The location of the resort is excellent and the beach was amazing. Clean, wide and long, we were able to walk for almost 30 min either way without any issues. The rooms were huge and clean and the ac worked a little too well. The Unique guests are treated with some rum and snacks upon check in which is a nice touch. I would suggest that they include the building number on the signage outside the buildings to make it easier to know which building you need to get to. The à la cart restaurants were all excellent. From the great show at the Japanese restaurant, the lobster tails at the Mareas, the great steaks at the steakhouse, the French onion soup at the French restaurant to the osso buco at the Italian, each was a tasty and delightful experience. The dinner buffet could have had a bit more variety night over night and in general the food signage could have been better. Some dishes looked very tasty but it was difficult to tell what the dish was. Still…the food was tasty and plentiful. Overall the resort was excellent and is so well laid out including the massive boulevard where you can find a sports bar, casino, club, a massive gym, English pub and theatre that despite being fully booked you never felt crammed. In fact we were often left asking where all the people were because it never felt crowded.
