This wonderful hotel is excellently situated in the centre of the popular holiday resort of Playa del Inglés, less than a 5-minute walk from a wide range of activities both day and night such as restaurants, pubs, nightclubs and shopping opportunities of all kinds. The famous sandy beach is just over 1 km from the resort, and guests can enjoy a nice walk. A bus stop is only 100 metres away while the airport is about 20-minute drive. The rooms are decorated with soothing colours that create a comfortable atmosphere that allows guests have a pleasant and memorable stay. The spending outdoor pool are is the perfect place where to spend a sunny day sunbathing of having a refreshing swim. The hotel also offers a pool bar to enjoy drinks and snacks with friends.

the room was nice, but painted brown for some reason. The balcony view was good. Kitchen ok. Fridge over stocked with mini bar, hardly any room for things I bought. Toilet did malfunction twice. All Staff there very friendly and helpful, although I was given two different prices for breakfast. Nice pool and facilities, Good location for Yumbo. For me though, I felt I was too old, Im 62, most people are younger, I felt uncomfortable around the pool, So I wont return here, But it was pleasant most of the time.

Just stayed for 9 nights and had an amazing time. Nothing was too much trouble. I got the room I asked for and the staff were always helpful and went the extra mile to ensure my trip was the best. I’ll be back soon and won’t be staying anywhere wise but this hotel :-) thanks for a great holiday

All the team are great, very friendly. I always feel like at home at Axel. Carlos, Nereida, Carmen, Rayco, Luis, Javi, Ester, Dani are just a few of the many friendly staff at this hotel including the cleaning staff who are always concerned about guest needs. The events they organise are amazing too and they’re a must.
