There’s water, water everywhere at Zafiro Ca'n Picafort. The centrepiece is the main pool, divided into three sections and surrounded by landscaped gardens. The kids have their own option to splash around in, complete with a pirate ship and slides. When you fancy a gentle, relaxing swim there’s an indoor heated pool, as well as a Jacuzzi®. Those who like a spontaneous dip in the pool should consider booking a swim-up suite.
Prefer to stay dry? There’s a wide range of sports and fun activities for everyone including aerobics, archery, darts, table tennis and mini golf, as well as a gym. For primary school aged children, there’s two kids clubs, where the animation team will keep them occupied as they take part in workshops or jump around on the bouncy castle. In high season the teenagers also have their own club.
The Caprice Buffet restaurant will keep hungry mouths fed. The pool bar doesn’t just serve refreshing drinks to enjoy while sunbathing on the terrace, you can also grab a light lunch here. Babalú Cafe provides the perfect place to grab a coffee or ice cream. In high season there’s a swim-up bar and the La Palapa a la carte restaurant. Here, you can select from delicious dishes such as tapas, seafood, premium quality cuts of meat and more.
Zafiro Ca'n Picafort offers almost 300 air-conditioned suites and penthouses, which feature a kitchenette, a bathroom with bathtub, a living room and either hammocks or Bali beds. Each type caters for up to four guests. The penthouses boast a rooftop terrace with a Jacuzzi®, as well as a balcony.
Within Ca'n Picafort you’ll find beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and a weekly market. While you’re in the area you shouldn’t miss out on visiting the coastal town of Alcudia - it’s just 12km away. If you don’t want to drive, there’s the option of taking a bus from the centre of Ca'n Picafort. Within the fortifications of the Old Town you’ll find the 13th century Orati de Santa Anna church and a Monographic Museum presenting archaeological exhibits from Roman times.
The capital, Palma de Mallorca, is 55km away and can also be reached by either hire car or local bus. Don’t miss the famous seafront cathedral. Afterwards explore the Old Town's cobbled streets or head into the Arabic quarter, known for its art galleries and boutiques. After a walk around, treat yourself to an Ensaimada (a local puff pastry bun) or a flour-free Quartos Embetumats from one of the bakeries.
