Great Hotel, No entertainment - Aircraft Poor
A great hotel with one exception, there is so so little entertainment. After dinner, it's so boring, in the main bar where there should be something going on, it's like a 'Victorian old gentlemen's London club'. You either go out, which is not recommended in Tunisia or go to bed early. They do not encourage feed back, when we checked out, i ask if there was a feed back 'how did we do' paper and the guy did not know where to find it at first.

Lovely relaxing break
Just got back from 7 nights at this lovely hotel. Had room on top floor overlooking pool which got the sun all day.
Hotel is a little tired in places i the room was fine and spotlessly clean towels changed daily and toiletries replenished often. Fridge wasn't up to much and needed replacing.
Pool area is beautiful and there are lots of new sun loungers and ample shade for when it gets too hot. The young man in charge of this area keeps it immaculate and will move a bed anywhere for you in the grounds and he is constantly typing and emptying ashtrays.
The dinning room is lovely with fresh linen and flowers each night. The food was delicious with a wide varied choice to suit every taste. Lots of fresh salads, freshly griddles meat or fish along with lots of traditional Tunisian dishes lots of fresh vegetables, potatoes and rice each evening. Pastries to die for and a selection of ice creams.
At breakfast there was a lovely continental selection along with hot dishes fresh omelettes ,fried eggs and pancakes made to order all beautifully presented.
Entertainment is basic bug the bag area is lovely to sit ANC enjoy whatever is on. WiFi is only available in reception area bug it's a very pleasant area to sit and people watch.
The only downside was our Rep, who kept us ages telling us about himself his villa and his extensive wardrobe of converse bags and shoes. He failed to tell us any information regards supermarket, or where we might buy wine to have in our room. He also failed to tell us there is a Happy Hour in the bar from 12.00 till 1:00 and 5:00 till 6:00. A big disappointment. After the wonder rep we had at Golf Residence. Last month.
Would definitely recommend and hoping to return later in the year or early next year.

A lovely hotel for couples
I stayed for two weeks with my Tunisian boyfriend and we had a wonderful time. It took a little longer than expected to check in but that was only because the lovely man on reception, Mounir, was responding to my request for us to have an even numbered, pool-facing room.
Elegant, quiet and calm would be three ways to describe the hotel. It was such a pleasure to have everyone speaking in soft voices and no rowdy, loud music or vulgar 'animation' activities. Almost constantly in the background, around the pool, was Arabic music - lovely. The way was lit to supper with filigree lamps at floor level - lovely again. Sometimes the towels were arranged in decorative form with flowers and leaves (not as extensively as when I stayed at the other Vincci hotel, the beautiful Llela Beya).
Mounir was incredibly helpful when we explored the option of booking a car. What he could offer was a better deal than the local agents. Unbelievable, we could hire a car and driver for 70DT for the whole day.
Just like the Llela Beya, the salads were astounding. Tunisia really is a vegetarian's heaven - and so healthy.
We also met some lovely people so it was not 'closed couples'. I am not in touch with several through Fb.
When there, I also went to look at the closeby Vincci hotel, the Taj Sultan. Wow! I think Vincci have a really wonderful approach and would thoroughly recommend all three of these hotels to anyone interested in the complete tourist attention of Yasmin Hammamet.
Also, they had the wonderful Irania (spelling?) playing on every Friday night. She is a very talented musician and singer (who also played weekly at the Llela Beya). They could change the other singer though. He really was dull.

Vinci flora park is a nice hotel
The staff in the hotel are very friendly and try to assist in making your stay a good one , the hotel is very clean and tidy and the pool area is a great place to relax and rest .The food we found was a bit bland but most edible and enough see you through the day this is a good place to go if you want a place to relax and do nothing .
we had a great week and returned 14th Oct , slight delay on return journey but that happens at times , exchange your money in small amounts near the end of your holiday as you can not come away with the local currency and they decide on the exchange rate upto twice a day.

Was only good if you stayed at the resort
My boyfriend and I stayed here in august and whilst i can say the weather was great and the country its self was beautiful i wouldn't go back. On first arrival we had to wait almost an hour and half to get through passport control which was ridiculous considering what they were actually doing (looking at your passport and stamping a card). The hotel was beautiful very clean and the pool was huge and great to sit around. It was very peaceful with no children and the only entertainment was karaoke on one of the nights but we weren't bothered about that. The staff were helpful but could sometimes be rude. The food wasn't too bad although it was very bland and got boring by the end of the holiday. The main problem was outside the resort, first of all everyone stared at us as in proper gawping which didn't bother us at first but actually got frustrating by the end of the week. Everywhere you went even in the restaurants you go hassled by children and sometimes grown men to buy flowers which smelted awful and not what i really wanted when i was trying to eat. I found the people were very racist to English people and we didn't feel welcome at all. And on top of that my boyfriend almost got arrested for simply giving me a hug outside a restaurant! We are very disappointed with Thomas Cook for not alerting us of the risk of getting arrested for showing affection in public and we didn't even see our holiday rep all week! I don't think we will be using Thomas Cook again.
