we had a fantastic holiday in Flora Park we have done alot of travelling and stayed in a lot of hotels abroad but we found this hotel good value very clean
the service was excellant and the food well there was so much choice there was something there for everyone .the maids cleaned the room every day with nice fresh towels ,I would recomend to stay at flora park as it has very good facilities
a lovely indoor heated pool and out door pool, it also has a good tennis court.
we have just come back from this hotel we had 10 days there and loved every
minute and hope to go back again next year for 2 weeks . our Rep Demi was brilliant she booked a lovely restarant for our wedding anniversary and it just made our holiday .It is good for all ages and plenty to see in the area .

Rated 4 out of 5 by Nods Vinci flora park is a nice hotel
The staff in the hotel are very friendly and try to assist in making your stay a good one , the hotel is very clean and tidy and the pool area is a great place to relax and rest .The food we found was a bit bland but most edible and enough see you through the day this is a good place to go if you want a place to relax and do nothing .
we had a great week and returned 14th Oct , slight delay on return journey but that happens at times , exchange your money in small amounts near the end of your holiday as you can not come away with the local currency and they decide on the exchange rate upto twice a day.

Rated 3 out of 5 by chanterzzz91 Was only good if you stayed at the resort
My boyfriend and I stayed here in august and whilst i can say the weather was great and the country its self was beautiful i wouldn't go back. On first arrival we had to wait almost an hour and half to get through passport control which was ridiculous considering what they were actually doing (looking at your passport and stamping a card). The hotel was beautiful very clean and the pool was huge and great to sit around. It was very peaceful with no children and the only entertainment was karaoke on one of the nights but we weren't bothered about that. The staff were helpful but could sometimes be rude. The food wasn't too bad although it was very bland and got boring by the end of the holiday. The main problem was outside the resort, first of all everyone stared at us as in proper gawping which didn't bother us at first but actually got frustrating by the end of the week. Everywhere you went even in the restaurants you go hassled by children and sometimes grown men to buy flowers which smelted awful and not what i really wanted when i was trying to eat. I found the people were very racist to English people and we didn't feel welcome at all. And on top of that my boyfriend almost got arrested for simply giving me a hug outside a restaurant! We are very disappointed with Thomas Cook for not alerting us of the risk of getting arrested for showing affection in public and we didn't even see our holiday rep all week! I don't think we will be using Thomas Cook again.

The hotel was very quiet - a bit too quiet. There was no entertainment at all - not even any background music in the evening in the bar so was a bit boring. Not a lot of entertainment outside of the hotel either. We did go at the Easter weekend so maybe it was a little early and the hotel may get more lively later in the season.
Swimming pool was freezing so no-one used it all week. Staff were friendly enough and the food was ok. No wow factor here but a good relaxing time if you want totla peace and quiet.

Had great time, hotel was beautiful staff were excellent, only thing didn't like, was the markets, with the people been very pushy , telling you there your waiter, annoying you everywhere Esp on beach. Everything else fine, food at hotel was excellent staff couldn't do enough for you, spa was lovely too. Very relaxing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Granny Had better
Hotel quite nice,no entertainment. food same every day but in a different version ( bone with bits of chicken in some kind of curry ) with mainly rice.Had to find a table every night no organisation.
10min walk to beach.
My friend used her credit card at reception was told it had not gone through so paid cash,to find when she got home it was on her statement and had to sort it out.
When changing money get a receipt as the girl on reception does not always give you one and some times gives you the notes but not the change. It's how you know the exchange rate
Have stayed in 3* in old hammamet and had friendler service and better food and on the beach even if the hotel could do with a face lift.
Newer 4* is not always better.
