Fabulous experience in a 4* hotel with 5* service
The stand out for this hotel are the staff. EVERYONE puts a smile on their face, and will do their very best to ensue your stay is wonderful. I am a returning visitor to the Seabel Alhambra, previously with a friend and this time as a solo traveller. There was always a welcoming smile and a table ready in the restaurant where meal times were shared with one of the amazing animation team (who work incredibly long hours) who were more than happy to spend time talking over dinner. The food was always great, with a vast selection to suit even the fussiest of palettes . The Spa is a wonderful experience and very reasonably priced, I would definitely recommend a treatment or two. The bar staff in the main building as well as the pool were fab...always knowing your order even before you did. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, with it's large, beautifully tended grounds It never felt crowded or as if you couldn't find your own little piece of tranquility.

Just back from a week at this hotel on 09.04.14. Hotel is lovely and staff are very friendly and helpfull - a few extra dinars here and there is the way to go. Food is fresh and plentiful. Jennifer the rep is ful of local knowledge and I recommend going to the 20 minute welcome meeting with her. Also the spa is amazing and well worth the money for hammam and special back massage, so relaxing! Lovely walk along the beach takes you to the Marina with good shops there and a supermarket outside. Four dinars by taxi or horse carridge back to the hotel is about right. A trip into Sousse by taxi will cost around 8 dinar and there is the local market on Sundays which is a great haggle experience. Plenty water sports on offers some of which are free and the others are fairly cheap. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will certainly be returning.
