Getting started

We'll give you expert advice and detailed information to help you plan your holiday. Our friendly, knowledgeable staff have experience of the destinations and hotels we feature and there are even quick video links throughout our brochures to give a great idea of what's on offer! And when you want to book we'll be available face-to-face on the high street, over the phone or on-line 24/7. We can even book your optional excursions before you depart.

You're on your way

A flight with us will get you on holiday on time and in comfort. We have over 500 flights each week, many using our own Thomas Cook Airlines, with an unrivalled reputation for safety and on time performance. There's also a choice of regional UK airports so won't have to travel far to get your holiday off to a flying start.

A friendly face and a warm welcome to start your holiday. Our customer service representatives will be on hand from the moment you arrive at your chosen resort. They'll ensure you get through the airport smoothly and ensure you're at your hotel as quickly as possible so you can unwind and relax in style.

Our experienced staff live locally and know the region intimately. They'll be able to give you everything you need for the best holiday ever! They'll offer you a welcome introduction to the area and give you a holiday guide booklet to show you everything that's going on, the best places to explore and tips for a great holiday.

We're there for you on every part of your stay. We're available 24/7 whenever you need us – from helping you choose and book excursions or car hire, to fixing a problem. We're only a phone call away. Single travellers

All Inclusive holidays

Combining all the ingredients of a great holiday together in one simple package, many of the hotels we've chosen for our Adult Style collection offer an All Inclusive programme, either as their standard board basis or as an enticing option.

Providing a comprehensive range of services in one price, each one encompasses a variety of food with all meals included (perhaps served in different restaurants) and unlimited drinks available in a choice of bar areas, by the pool or even on the beach.

You can also look forward to an extensive selection of sport and leisure pursuits, an array of daytime activities, and entertaining evening events all available at no extra charge.

24-hour All Inclusive

For the ultimate in all-inclusive holidays, look out for our 24-hour All Inclusive hotels. They offer all the same kinds of inclusions as standard all inclusive packages, but part of your package is available for up to 24 hours a day. With fewer restrictions on what's available when, you can follow your own timetable and take your holiday as it comes – and that's at your own pace. It is your holiday after all!
