From the moment me and misses arrived at silly o'clock in the morning we was treated like royals.
The staff are the friendliest group of people you will ever meet, the entertainment team are the craziest people I have seen in a long time who are always up for a laugh.
Would recommend staying here to anyone who wants to stay in the area... will definitely be staying here again!

First holiday together
Food was terrible. Location is amazing, hotel is dated and animation was really poor, nothing for adults to enjoy. Would I return to this hotel? Definetly would not, sorry.

Wonderful holiday venue magnificent scenery.
Although we could not fault the hotel, your rep left alot to be desired.
It was obvious from his attitude that his summer season was coming to an end.
When we turned up for the inroduction meeting at 11.00 he was suprised that anyone had bothered, but with a shrug of the shoulders he proceeded to RUSH through everything.
Not what we would have expected from the oldest travel company in the world.
Excluded your rep, everything else about the holiday was first class and I would certainly look to holiday in Turkey again.

“lovely location , lovely views , lovely hotel !!!”
We stayed in this hotel in September, and loved it there. When we first arrived , our luggage was taken to our room for us , and what a great room (408) it was , very light , (3 windows) , very spacious ,and very clean ! The balcony had great sea views , stunning in fact !!
The room had adequate sockets for charging things , also had a TV ,and a fridge. The room had a wall safe for a slight extra charge ,but converted back to the UK pound it was minimal for that bit of extra security.
The hotel was set on a couple of layers ,so there are a few steps ,but nothing too strenuous. The 'upper' level had the hotel reception ,internet /TV room , shop , barbers ,and a bar ! opposite the main reception thru some patio type doors it opened out into a huge outdoor upper level patio ,with table and chairs , and comfortable settee's to lounge around in and take in the stunning views ,some of the area was under cover so you could always find shade if you needed it ......lovely !!!
Onto downstairs , well , the main dining area is here , with perfectly laid tables for families , foursomes , or couples , the waiters are quick to lay new tablecloths or too clear crockery ,in fact they work very hard and are always cheerful .The food is good , plentiful ,and caters for even the fussiest of eaters !! The main gripe at food time is the rudeness of the Russian guest , but that is hardly the hotels fault !!
Down a few more steps or slope ,and your at the main bar ,dance-floor , with loads of seating areas in or out of shade ,depending on your choice , also to the other-side of this, is the pool area , with baby pool , and main pool , again with plentiful sun loungers !!
Below that is a few steps down onto the 'beach' prom area , the prom walk is lovely , with one way taking you to Marmaris (about 1hr 15min) , the other to Icemelor ( about 20 min) the a-la-cart restaurants are down there too , as is 'jimmy boy's' little pitch where you can book boat trips etc etc for a very reasonable price !!!
The beach area is not really a beach ,but a concrete platoon , but it is still very nice down there with ladders to lower yourself in the clear sea , although you can also dive in if you want ! There's plenty of sun loungers to lay on also plenty of shade if you prefer that , at lunch time there is a pizza hut that do pizza's too order ,also drinks all day ,plus afternoon cake !!
The bars are on the go till 12;30 am , so plenty of drinks available , also dotted around the complex are tea and coffee making facilities ,that also do cold drinking water ,(great for topping up your water bottles)
I'm sure I've missed bits out , but we loved our time there , in fact it was our first time to Turkey , if the marmaris park is a reflection of what Turkey is like , then we shall definitely be going back ........but of coarse..... to the Marmaris park , because it was that good !!!!

Great view, and sea was excellent
The journey was a bit iffy! 2 hr transfer in the early hrs of the morning made us very tired the first day.
The room was very basic for a 4 star hotel and the beds very uncomfortable which was annoying when you go on holiday to relax, also sheets were rough. The view from our room was amazing though.
The food was OK but again there were times where we struggled to find anything that we fancied. It was also a constant fight to find a table on the evening and also the queues for food and drinks were huge. You didn't feel like you could take your time over your evening meal.
Hotel in general was very clean.
I thought that it was very expensive for what it was and have been to better 3 star hotels.

Disappointing Holiday in Turkey
This was the most disapointing holiday we have been on so far. We went for a week all inclusive Sun to Sun. We stayed in one of the bunglow chalets outwith the main hotel and first impressions were ok the room was a bit tired but adequate. Then after arriving on Sun morning building work started on the Mon at 9am in the bunglows behind ours.
We had to then for rest of our holiday pick our way through tree branches wood nails and tiles to get to and from our bungalow, and during the day this was constant noise. We were not told that the hotel would have building work while we were there, or that it was winding down for the end of the season, with only 10 days till the hotel shut, this would have been ok however the hotel was nearly empty. The entertainment had been wound down, we did see the entertainment team but they didnt seem to be doing much. The food choices were very poor with very little choice and it was never warm The worst food I have ever had in any hotel. This hotel is in a good location and the staff all seemed very friendly and hard working. I can understand why people go again and again I read all the reviews before I went so I was looking forward to this holiday however I stil expected a good holiday even though it was October I felt sorry for people who arrived after us and who were not going home until the Wed after we left on the Sun there was only 50 people left in the hotel.
