We were booked to stay at the Blue Bay Classic but were moved to the Blue Bay Platinum. The hotel was exceptional- it was extremely clean, modern, a wide choice of fantastic food available throughout the day and staff were friendly and helpful from the reception team, bar and restaurant staff and the animation team. The location is also superb shops and bars just further up the street, the beach front was just a short walk. The hotel was mainly full of couples and young families and a coach was put on each night for the young ones that wanted to go the main bars in the evening. All round a fabulous hotel and I couldn't fault it.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, we arrived unfortunately to rain as it was april. But instead of being disappointed we walked into a lovely hotel, and had nothing but helpful staff around to tell us what was available to us. The staff were all lovely and Nacii Barut... 'Nigel' and Roxanne were the best entertainment team. Our room was lovely and the shower bathroom was perfect.
The pool was great but far too cold in april to actually swim in. (could have been heated) but this in no way ruined the holiday.
The food was good, and presented beautifully. The bar staff 'Alejandro' was brilliant polite and great at his job. The photo crew gave us many memorable hilarious moments, and not just pictures but 'banter ' also.
The location was perfect and was not too close to bar street but close enough to get the free bus or a very cheap taxi!

The Hotel was very good but just in the wrong place. We were overlooked on all sides,not enough sunbeds, little or no entertainment and had to cross an open space to the beach. The food was adequate with little or no variety.
We did however find a Beach bar (Malibu) that had free sunbeds and very good service about 400 yards from the hotel so we went there each day.
It was better than putting out our towels at 8am each day??
Pool Towels were not given out untill 11 am each day.
We went in early September so dread to think about in the High Season.

Average hotel needs help; in our room the carpet was old stained and had bubble gum stuck on it! The room was cleaned almost daily but seemed that smallstones must have squatters right as they were always there. The food was mainly chicken or turkey. meatballs of all shapes and sizes except balls? There were more variety but couldn't get away from them you would be a really fussy eater if you couldn't make meals from what was on offer but it was average. Plenty salads fruit various breads and lots of desserts. It took 12of our 14 nights to get 2extra pillows(a big problem). The staff are friendlyespecially the bar staff the drinks lack taste but taste a lot like water. Would i go again hummmm thats an easyanswer dont think so. 3star yes DELUXE no!!!!

The hotel was beautiful, the only criticism I would have is that the throw over on the bed in the hotel room had an old cigarette burn on it and what looked like a nail polish stain- apart from this the room was well decorated and comfortable. The food was amazing, fresh and there was tonnes of it. There was English and continental food and even the fussiest of eaters wouldn't have had any trouble being well fed. Hotel was in a fab location, 2 min walk from the beach and 10 min walk to where all the nightlife, bars and restaurants were (and even though the hotel was close to bars etc we were never woken by noise!). This was our third holiday in Marmaris and by far the best. We would recommend the trip to Turtle Beach and the mud baths, Aqua Dream water park is a really fun day out and the all inclusive boat trip was great value for money. I swam with a dolphin at Dolphin Park and that was amazing, and relitavley cheap (180 TL). All in all a fab holiday, locals really friendly. Always haggle in shops as they 9 times out of 10 will be knocked down on prices- great fake handbags etc! Had a great time and would recommend!

This was the first time i had travelled to Turkey and it was tremendous! There was so much to do and not enough time to do it as we had only went on holiday for a week!
The Blue Bays deluxe was a very good hotel although breakfast could have been better & even a small problem with AC could not put a damper on the holiday!! No real amentities for children though!!
So many nice restaurants around if you did not fancy eating in the hotel also the reps did an excellent job in pointing people in the right direction!
i would also fully endorse taking a boat trip to have a wee swim in the sea!
The staff at the "Red Devils of Manchester" could not have tried harder to make you feel welcome too!
Overall, it was a fantastic holiday!

blue bays hotel was great couldn't fault the place ,the rooms were clean the food was very good and plenty of it .You didn't have to wait long at the bar.Really good place to stay ,enjoyed a lovely holiday there Also we had a very pleasant young man who was the rep and he was very helpful.
