We stayed at this hotel during the first week of April and if we had known before hand we would have waited until it was fully open. When we booked by phone the Thomas Cook Agent said it was the best in Turkey (5 star) all inclusive with 12 pools. Well the hotel itself is 5 star and is breathtaking that is if it was open, there was only one buffet restaurant open out of two, the eight a la carte restaurants, only two opened as we got ready to leave, the Aquapark was closed and under repair, although not that we came for that, but there we’re other families with children who were very disappointed, because Thomas Cook didn’t tell them, only one beach was usable the other two under construction, in fact the whole place was under construction getting ready for the tourist trade coming in May. When we got there, there was a large convention going with Turkey men at the bar and pool area which made my wife very uncomfortable lying by the pool or swinging, even the indoor pool they would gather in the middle of the pool and just stare at you, we paid extra for a balcony sea view room which turn out to be a side view overlooking the main pool area with no A/C. Our Thomas Cook guide which overall I can’t fault her, since she was very nice and did try to do her best, but our two special trips she booked, the first the bus didn’t even come by saying they forgot, the second they cancel without telling so each day we got up early sitting in the lobby area to find it was a waste of time.
Now for the good part overall the Hotel is Breathtaking and a wonderful place to stay and value for the money, the staff is friendly and will go out of their way to help, they did move us to a better room (still no sea view), the food in the one a la carte restaurant was good and variable and what we had of it was great I would recommend this hotel but if we had only been told by the agent we would have waited or picked another place to stay.

Outstanding value for money
We had an amazing holiday at the Rixos Sungate in Beldibi Antalya. The website does not do it justice, this is a luxury hotel with amazing water parks for older and younger kids, fantastic kids club with own restaurant, play station room and even a kids beach. They even have a kids train that goes around the huge hotel grounds and along the beach. Hotel has so many restaurants and bars we did not even find some of them, the a la cartes were amazing. All inclusive included branded alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, we even had fresh honeycombs brought in for breakfast. Indoor pool, Turkish baths and spa were beautiful. The hotel even had its own luxurious cinema where films shown twice a day and kids cartoons in the eve, all included! free wifi, all inclusive mini bar in rooms. Rooms and bathrooms luxurious, the view of the mountains from the family room was breathtaking. Fantastic excursions to mountains, and amazing Roman ruins at Phaesilis. Hotel has on site dr and is only 45min transfer from Antalya. ONLY negative, tourists mainly from Germany and Russia who liked to smoke a lot in communal areas, easily avoided as hotel so big. Please go here!

Everything for a perfect busy or quiet holiday
This was a fabulous, high quality holiday with loads of activities if you want them and plenty of quiet corners to relax if that is more your thing. Great for parents of teenagers who want to chill out while the younger folk busy themselves within the complex and grounds. The staff were always polite and very helpful. The range of restaurants provided excellent food throughout our stay and being able to eat at a whole range of restaurants stopped eating times becoming monotonous. The shows at night were varied, professional and suitable for all ages. Primarily a hotel used by Russian tourists, but the facilities were international standard and English was commonly spoken by members of staff. A real treat.

Very nice place to stay
Rooms not as clean as they should be , bathrooms need updating.
Really good to eat in different restaurants during your stay as all inclusive can get very boring. Plenty to do and very relaxing holiday would definatly go back, some staff really nice and some very rude also.

Easily the best all inclusive hotel we've ever stopped in . Caters for all age groups , drinks etc entertainment was excellent including the catwalk show followed by a live concert . Rooms were great . Only downside was the massive groups of Eastern Europeans but this wouldn't stop us from going again.

Amazing Late Autum Week in Luxurious Resort
We booked this holiday as a late deal for myself, my husband, our 13 year old son and our elderly disabled mum and all four of us were more than pleasantly surprised! On arriving at The Rixos Sungate, we were amazed by the HUGE ultra modern receptions and the service and efficiency of the staff. We checked in quickly and were then whisked away on a golf buggy to our standard rooms with balcony. On opening the doors, we were greated by a HUGE room, two double beds, desk, sofa and seating area. WOW! The all-inclusive mini bar had soft drinks, juices, water and beers. We'd been in our rooms two minutes when there was a knock at the door and to our surprise it was room service bringing us an array of sandwiches, chips and a chicken caeser salad because we had arrived after the dining hall had shut and before the midnight dining opened!
After a very comfortable nights sleep, we ventured out to find breakfast. The choice of three buffet halls were all accessible and the vast aray of food was enough to keep even the fussiest eater happy! If you missed the normal breakfast, there was late breakfast! Then it was off to the Lotus bar where we could sit in the sun and be served beverages by waiters/waitresses on rollerskates. This service carried on around the pool too.
It wasn't long before my son scarpered off to find the waterpark and came back with 3 new friends of various nationalities so even though this isn't a predominently Bristish resort, it didn't deflect from the little things of holiday buddies!
Lunch was spent on the beachfront at Cactus Snack bar. Again, more food choices than you could need. There is NO WAY you could go hungry here!
Evening dinner in the buffet hall was GREAT! We had an a la carte meal at The Olivia on our last night which was BEAUTIFUL!
There was always something to do on the entertainment from sunrise around the resort to the small hours in the disco. We were treated to a concert by Boney M (not a tribute band)! Then you had the spa facilities, the gym, the adult only beach etc etc. There are jewelery shops, designer clothes shops, in fact its like having a mini mall right in the middle of the complex!
All in all there was so much to see and do on site, we just didn't get round it all so we will be going back! We had the holiday of a lifetime that was made extra special by the friendliness of all the staff at Rixos Sungate.

Good Family holiday
Great hotel, we had a family room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main building. Quite a big resort, so it does not feel full even when it is. Lots of different bars to go to, as well as the buffet restaurant, you can also eat for free in five of the al a cartes, if you are with Thomas Cook, we ate in all five and the food was really good. Snack bars/restaurant at lunchtime are of a high standard too. Mini bar stocked daily with soft drinks and beer. No need to take towels as you will be given towel cards. There was no problems getting a sunbed, even if you got round the pool late. We took teenagers with us, but for families with younger children this is ideal. There are not that many English there, lots of Russians and a mixture of nationalities. All staff were very nice and helpfull, especially in the reception area, where they all speak English.
