Talamanca

The calm beach resort of Talamanca is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the more cosmopolitan Ibiza. Despite its peaceful location it is still in a great position to enjoy the delights of the unique and beautiful capital, Ibiza Town, which is well connected to the resort by bus.
Location:
Just two miles from the heart of Ibiza Town on a long strip of fine golden sand. A tranquil resort that is freer of development than its neighbours to the south yet still has numerous cafes and bars where you can eat and drink.
Beaches:
The picturesque beach at Talamanca is the perfect spot for a self indulgent day relaxing in the sunshine. For those who enjoy the more active side to beach life there is a fantastic windsurfing school. If you decide to travel a little further down the coast you'll find the charming bay at Cala Roja an idyllic spot for swimming with a little bit of shade from the pine trees that cling to the nearby cliff.
Eating and Drinking:
By night Talamanca comes to life along its promenade with an eclectic mix of vibrant, trendy cafes and bars. Ibiza Town is close by and has myriad eateries offering sumptuous food as well as many courtyard bars where you can sit outside and soak up the wonderful atmosphere.
Sightseeing:
The Old Town of Talanmanca is a beautiful place to visit and if you have a day spare it would be well spent here. A World Heritage Site the Old Town has many charming cobbled streets where you'll find courtyard cafes, boutiques and galleries.
