It's an ideal choice for families and those who enjoy a cosmopolitan atmosphere. Please note: due to the number of steps around the complex and the slope to the beach, this property is not suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.

1 bedroom apartments (up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children up to 12yrs) have separate twin bedroom, air-conditioned lounge area with double sofa bed, satellite TV, kitchenette with oven, kettle, toaster and fridge, full bathroom, hairdryer and balcony or terrace. 2 bedroom apartments (2-5 people) are as above but have additional twin bedroom.

What a fantastic place ! Where do I start ? Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly helpful staff, who were great.Accommadation great ,food great ,entertainment great,everything was great.
After reading some reviews, I was a tad worried.How wrong could they have been !!!! Entertainment staff (Andreas & Victoria) were excellent ,entertaining both me and my teenage son (water volley.water basket rifle shooting etc.) and my two younger sons (mini club,yoga face & shirt painting etc).Great pool & sunbathing for the wife ! Food,excellent choice and quality.Facilities very good.
The restaurant Manager was a hoot !! he made a point of shaking me and all my famillies hands every time we went to eat and was very polite,as were all his staff.
The beach was great and only a 4 minute walk.I would recommend getting (or taking) a snorkle,as there are many fish to be seen,great for children and adults too.
Overall,wether you are a family with small or teenage children the Isla Praiso is a fantastic place to go with plenty too see and do and I could'nt reccommend any where more than this.Thank you for a fantastic Holiday 10/10.

This is the best holiday I've been on yet! I'd highly recommend it to all families. Kids clubs came and taught art and dancing for kids, and the pool was epic. With a bar in the hotel, it was easy to go and get ice cream or a drink. There are shops and bus stops near by. Definitely give this holiday a go!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Tired traveller Relaxing break in Castell d'en Arenal
We stayed in the Sa Mirada apartments part of the Isla Paraiso, very quiet, totally relaxing with a great pool and plenty of available sunbeds. Great views over the coast and easy access to resort and beach if fit. Lots of steps and hills but perfectly manageable.
Staff very courteous and helpful. at both hotel and apartments.
Ate at hotel on couple of occasions, good value and choice, facilities at both sites easy to use and clean.
Bar staff at Sa Mirada very good.
Apartments basic, clean and perfectly adequate for a base, good value for money. Very quiet. A few ants but dealt with immediately with a 2 euro spray from supermarket and then no problems.
Would recommend to others and go there again for a relaxing break.

Overall impression of hotel was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A mixture of holiday makers, from british , spanish, german and italians. Family based hotel , catering very much for children. Food was on the whole good, but could have done with a bit more variety and choice in an evening, breakfast and lunch mostly very good. Snacks were available from sandwiches to burger/hotdogs in an afternoon and cakes in a morning after breakfast. Pool was gorgeous, most welcome in the heat of the day. Evening entertainment was ok, we had three performances during our week.

Rated 4 out of 5 by happy traveller great holiday destination for a young family
First visit to Menorca, and we all truly loved it. Made such a change to be able to sit on a beach and watch the children play without fear of losing them in the crowds!. (July/August is meant to be busier.) Resort of Arenal was clean and the sea very shallow & calm most of the time, it can be quite windy at times.
Isla Paraiso was an excellant base, we found the majority of restaurants served excellant food - Sa Gavinas is a must - good food & a waiter "Fernando" that the kids will love, also a good chinese restaurant "Hong Kong" There are two supermarkets in front of the Apartments, and nearby restaurant that allow take outs if you dont fancy eating out. Most restaurants were very quiet as the two big hotels in Arenal offer AI, which is such a shame as killing off the local businesses, also the effect is pushing up the prices. Apartment was clean & well furninshed, maids visited everyday.
also very quite in the evening after entertainment - kiddies slept well - no doors banging etc
Only down side was the amount of steps!, however there are slopes (longer route) to get around if you have a buggy. Fabulous destination - will definately return, looking already for 2012

I can't think of anything bad to say, the apartments were big and clean, plenty of sunbeds, the pools were clean, we had one of the pools at the far end, mainly to ourselves it was great. The kids club was good, gave us a few hours peace each day! The staff were excellent
Two minute walk to the lovely beach, the resort was nice although very small and quiet, we used the local buses which cost around 2 euro's per journey.
All in all it was a fantastic holiday

Beautiful resort, this was our 2nd visit. The kids love the clean, quiet beach and had great fun this year with the entertainment provided by the apartments. Plenty supermarkets nearby and places to eat out. If you are looking for a quiet ,peaceful break and have younger kids this place is wonderful.
