Dit hotelcomplex bevindt zich op een rustige plek, dichtbij de baai Cala'n Bosch (ca. 500 m) en het mooie zandstrand Son Xoriguer (ca. 500 m). Op slechts enkele minuten loopafstand bevinden zich vele mogelijkheden om te winkelen en te ontspannen. Het stadscentrum van Ciudadela bevindt zich op ca. 12 km afstand.Dit in 2003 gebouwde hotel heeft een 4 verdiepingen tellend hoofdgebouw en verschillende bijgebouwen met elk 3 verdiepingen. Het beschikt over in totaal 192 wooneenheden, waarvan 18 Dopelzimer und 174 appartementen. In de ontvangsthal van dit van airconditioning voorziene hotel bevinden zich een 24 uur geopende receptie waaraan u geld kunt wisselen en handdoeken kunt verkrijgen. Verder zijn hier een bagageservice en een lift. Het gebouw biedt tevens een bar en een van airconditioning voorziene ontbijtruimte met terras. Tegen betaling kunt u gebruik maken van het internetcafé en van de wasmachines en wasdrogers. Extra services zijn de was- en roomservice, een babysitservice (vooraf te betalen), verhuur van babyfoon en buggy's en een medische dienst. De kinderen kunnen zich uitleven op de eigen speelplaats van het hotel of kunnen naar de miniclub.De smaakvol ingerichte kamers hebben een eigen badkamer of douche/wc en haardroger. Qua technische apparturr zijn de kamers voorzien van een een telefoon en een satelliet-/kabeltelevisie met dvd-speler. De gasten hebben de beschikking over een mini-koelkast, een kluisje en een gemeubileerd balkon of terras. De airconditioning is individueel regelbaar. De appartementen hebben tevens een gecombineerde woon-/slaapkamer met twee sofa's, een aparte slaapkamer en een kitchenette met magnetron. Het is ook mogelijk om niet-rokerkamers of appartementen / kamers met Franse bedden te boeken.

Lovely hotel, nice area of town, the staff were amazing, very helpful, pool was freezing and food was ok, there was something to eat most nights but repetitive and sometimes cold. Had a really great holiday and would definitely go back

First time staying at a TUI blue hotel, the app was great so you could see what is going on each day when you’re there. The weather was a bit temperamental so the inside pool was a god send for our young daughter. The outside pools are freezing but not so bad once you’re in there for a little while. The indoor pools are 28 degrees so still not that warm either. The food was varied and there was a lot of choice, probably not great for fussy eaters. The children’s selection was quite unusual on most days not something kids would often eat, meaning my daughter ate mostly plain pasta & chips as a result. The breakfast was great & the themed dinner evenings which are twice a week were brilliant. We were surprised that there was real Coca Cola, Sprite, Fanta lemon & orange at the bars and the restaurant included in the all inclusive as this is unusual abroad. The apartments were immaculate, the cleaners are honestly amazing everyday they make your beds tidy and mop the floors and replace towels if wanted. The apartments are spacious and have everything you need including cooking facilities, stove top, microwave, fridge etc. The hotel is beautiful itself & in a great location, easily able to get a bus to local places including Cituadella. We rented a car down the road at ‘Owners Cars’ for two days, which was really reasonable cost wise, so we could explore the island and visit Menorca Zoo without doing the excursions. We booked private transfers via TUI which were great & worth the money. Arrived in 40 mins and the same on the return to airport versus the people on the coach taking 2 hours to arrive at the hotel. It’s a lovely short walk (5 minutes) to Cala N Bosc beach & to the Harbour where there’s lots of restaurants, cafes and little shops & supermarkets. You can hire special bikes with canopies from the hotel for 12€ an hour, they are so much fun our daughter loved it and it’s a great way to explore locally. Son Xoringuer beach is small but pretty and is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. There’s a lovely restaurant at the top of the beach called Ciao Belli which we visited after being recommended it and it was beautiful. The reps try really hard at the hotel although I feel there could have been a bit more going on in the day for the children other than kids clubs as not all children want to go alone especially when young. The evening entertainment is focused on babies & young toddlers for over an hour which is rather boring for children over 4/5 I’d say. We enjoyed the outside acts that came in 3 times whilst there for a week to perform all different and really great. Overall a good holiday and would return to the hotel.

The restaurant food was amazing, lovely variety and selection. The rooms were nicely appointed and clean. My air conditioning wasn't working as it should, I did report it to reception and nothing was done, I then reported it to the TUI rep and still nothing was done and there was no follow up. All the blocks are left open day and night and the hotel can be easily accessed from the main road, my room was at the end of a corridor next to open doors leading to an outdoor stairs, I felt quite vulnerable as I was in block 4 which was easily accessible. The pool area was really nice, the water was very cold though so only went in the water once. The all inclusive drinks are not very pleasant and tasted nothing like the brands, I did ask if I could pay extra for Smirnoff and I was told it would be 3 euro a time. The entertainment was great if you have young children, but everything ended at 930 each night, but we did have two live acts during the week stay which was impressive, but it lets itself down. I went to the gym, the machines were old and rusty and the equipment was mostly broken and unsafe to use. . Overall, a good hotel, they just need to cater better for adults as well as children and perhaps give the place a bit of a refit. The location is great though and the report itself is beautiful. Overall I enjoyed the holiday.
