Het hotelcomplex ligt direct in het centrum van Cala d'Or. De baai van Cala Gran, waar u kunt zwemmen is ongeveer 150 meter verwijderd en wordt slechts een straat van het hotel verwijderd. Verder vindt u talrijke winkels, bars, restaurants en een halte van het openbaar vervoer in de omgeving van het complex.Het strandhotel beschikt op 3 etages over in totaal 155 kamers, waarvan 15 éénpersoons- en 140 tweepersoonskamers. Het gebouw heeft een ontvangsthal met receptie (24 uur geopend), een kluis, wisselkantoor en een lift. Verder is er een snackbar, speelkamer, televisiekamer en een van airconditioning voorzien restaurant met kinderstoelen. Tevens heeft het hotel een openbare internetterminal. Short relaxing break

The Hotel was well maintained , staff worked really hard from reception , bar and restaurant to keep guests happy . We visited for a short break on All inclusive there was enough choice for of food for our stay . Low key evening entertainment Location Was great for a relaxing break and for beaches bars and restaurants .

Can't fault this hotel, fizz or orange juice on arrival, rooms and other areas super clean, large pool, housekeeping good, location excellent, 1 min to central restaurants, 2 mins from Cala Gran beach with nice little restaurants each side. Good breakfast with loads if choice, nice outdoor terrace and service very good. We had a pool view room on 2nd floor above the gym area, pool lights up at night, very nice view. Don't bother paying for a Seaview room, they are on the side if the building and you can only glimpse the sea in the background so in my opinion the pool view us much nicer. It's on a road behing the centre where restaurants are but pool is surrounded by little trees so private from view. Pool is very clean. Rooms are not the biggest but are very well laid out with everything needed, bathrooms are big in the pool view rooms. Drinks in the bar not overly expensive for a hotel, about the same as bars in the centre, nice shops in 2 roads putside, lovelyice cream place just across the road. 8 or 9 minutes walk from the Marina, well worth a visit, especially after dark. Lots of lovely little coves with beaches within walking distance if you want to explore. We visited all nearby beaches but Cala Gran is by far the nicest, clean beach, turquoise shallow sea, sun beds with umbrella and lockable safe box on each. Mentioned in booking trip was for my 65th birthday, came back from pool to a bottle of iced Fizz in our room which was a really nice touch. All in all Sentido Tucan is a really nice, well run centrally located hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing, enjoyable experience

Lovely hotel with great amenities. Pool area exceptional and staff so friendly. Close to beach and also restaurants and shops. If you require adult only I would highly recommend this hotel. Visit the Marina for a wonderful meal or nearby beach for relaxing day. Hire a car and visit beautiful city of Palma, caves of drach or other local beaches. Animation at the hotel is great fun from Aqua gym with Pablo to masterclass in Sangria making.
