Het hotel ligt midden in het toeristische centrum, ca. 200 meter van het strand verwijderd. Winkels, bars, restaurants, discotheken en een halte van het openbaar vervoer vindt u in de directe omgeving van het hotel.Het in 1970 gebouwde en in 1996 gerenoveerde hotel heeft een 5 verdiepingen tellend hoofdgebouw en een bijgebouw van 3 verdiepingen. In totaal heeft het hotel 157 kamers, waarvan 142 tweepersoonskamers en 15 éénpersoonskamers. Het hotel heeft voor haar gasten een 24uurs-receptie, hotelkluis, liften en een wisselkantoor. Tot de inrichting behoren verder een café, een bar, een theaterzaal, een van airconditioning voorzien restaurant met niet-rokergedeelte en kinderstoeltjes en een openbare internetterminal. De gasten hebben verder de beschikking over een wasservice en de kleine gasten over een miniclub.Alle attractief ingerichte kamers hebben een eigen badkamer met wc, douche of ligbad, telefoon, tegels, huurkluis en balkon of terras.In het buitengedeelte van het hotel is er een swimming pool met afzonderlijk kinderbad, een zonneterras met ligstoelen en parasols en een pool-/snackbar. Aan het strand vindt u bovendien talrijke watersporten (tegen betaling, plaatselijke aanbieders) De dichtstbijzijnde golfbaan bevindt zich op ca. 4 km afstand.De gasten kunnen het ontbijt, lunch en avondeten zelf aan een buffet samenstellen. Het is mogelijk om all-inclusive te boeken.

This place is no good

They don't clean the room every day. Lady from reception with a bad attitude. Breakfast is cheap with awfull coffee. We payd for a proper coffee every day. Single elevator is crowdy for the whole hotel. And so on... The beauty of the island, the sea, beach compensates all of those. We love Mallorca

Room ok., very dated but to sleep in and shower, it does the job. The beds are extremely hard and the pillows are not much better. Very powerful shower. Clean towels daily. Hotel is clean and nicely decorated. However what let's this place down is the food. Shockingly terrible. Not replenished for people that choose to come after 8pm, even thought the restaurant is open until 9.30pm. Came in one evening to find around 10 flies in the salad carrots. We sat down and my friend went to get some water from the juice machine and was shouted at and told no. They are only for breakfast and if we want a drink we must pay.!!!!! FOR WATER???? I have never heard anything so ridiculous. The coffee and juice machines should be available during both breakfast and dinner. But the hotel is only interested in making money by selling drinks at dinner time and so therefore it's forbidden to have some water or a coffee with your meal. The staff were rude and blatantly told us that we couldn't have water because they won't make money. The hotel is in a good location. This is my 2nd time staying here. Having previously stayed when it was an all inclusive hotel. I will not return as no human should be denied water that is essentially free. We paid to stay here, we didn't not just walk in off the street, so to be denied water is a joke. We were not asking for wine, coke, etc. WATER!!!!

Tired hotel in need of an overhaul

Booked three nights stayed one. We booked room only, check in was incredibly slow. Once in the room, my heart sank, dated, tatty looking, very basic, floor tiles chipped in several places, sand, grit underfoot. Tv on the wall was tiny, no remote control. We went out for dinner and came back for some sleep. That wasn’t possible, it’s a very busy road and soundproofing is none existent. Didn’t get a wink of sleep. Bed not comfy. So we found another hotel, packed and checked out. Considering check out time is 11am and we checked out around 2pm, the receptionist just said “You’re checking out? Ok perfect” I said yes, we don’t like the hotel. She just smiled…..
