Dit appartementenhotel bevindt zich direct aan de overkant van het zandstrand, dat te voet direct te bereiken is. Aansluiting op het openbaar vervoer vindt u in de directe omgeving van het hotel. Het hotel heeft het voordeel dat het heel rustig en vredig is, maar tegelijkertijd toch heel dichtbij de stad ligt. Het bevindt zich op ongeveer 15 km van Palma de Mallorca en naar de luchthaven is het ongeveer 20 km rijden.Het complex is in 2009 gerenoveerd en beschikt over in totaal 119 kamers verdeeld over zes verdiepingen in het hoofdgebouw en 7 verdiepingen in het bijgebouw. Deze 2 grote gebouwen zijn met elkaar verbonden via een buitenlift. De lift biedt ook toegang tot de zwembaden, de tuinen en de bar aan het zwembad. De appartementen bieden uitzicht op het strand van Santa Ponsa. Tot de voorzieningen van het hotel behoren airconditioning, een ontvangsthal, een 24 uur per dag geopende receptie, een hotelkluis en een wisselkantoor. Verder zijn er een terras, een café, een televisielounge, conferentie voorzieningen, draadloze internettoegang en fietsenverhuur beschikbaar. Voor gasten die met de auto arriveren, is parkeergelegenheid beschikbaar.Elk appartement heeft een eigen badkamer met bad en een keuken met koelkast, fornuis en magnetron. Een televisie, een kluisje, airconditioning en een balkon of een terras zijn ook voorhanden.Gasten kunnen gebruik maken van het buitenbad met kindergedeelte en bar aan het zwembad, tevens is er een zonneterras met ligstoelen en parasols. Arrived for a 4nts Stay. Reception very helpful room pleasantly large. 4 adults in the room 2 single beds 1 double sofa bed!! The sofa bed is horrendous very thin mattress and had no bedding went we arrived. Free air con charge for the safe. Self clean apartments. The small pool on the first terrace nice pool side they didn’t have the filter system going so it was full of flys and leaves. Larger pool full of adults and kids alike that did not have a care in the world of others around them. Beach is a stones thrown away very clean. Overall apartments offered what we needed. I would recommend a stay

Our stay here was great, no complaints about our stay or the reception staff or room, reception staff lady with the braces was lovely and organised our booking and was very patient and booked us in for a few days stay. Woman that works in the shop next to the pool is absolutely horrible, extremely rude and grabbed my child from the pool and flung him at us shouting he isn’t allowed in the pool! My son is 4 years old but he is a confident swimmer, we had 3 adults next to the pool, she had no right to grab my son! Shouting at us, threatening us, then calling the manager! Never felt so disrespected in my life, the way she spoke to us was truly disgusting, multiple times she came back over to argue with us! As soon as I mentioned I was reporting her and asked her if there was cameras she then backed away back to her shop and didn’t say a word to us except growled anytime we walked past. Word of advice, get rid of this lady and a lot of people will have a more pleasant stay, we didn’t buy a thing from the pool bar because she made us feel so uncomfortable. Too busy sunbathing and attacking children and shouting at grown adults than running the shop. Photo added so no one else gets the blame for her actions. Even customers around the pool were disgusted as every other child was allowed to swim freely in the pool, kids smaller than my son!

Arrived Friday afternoon checked in and allocated our room we had a room on the 2nd floor of the main building The was exactly as we seen in the pics and very spacious shower was amazing we had a slight sea view We knew the apartment was self clean a dustpan and brush was provided in the cupboard towels changed twice in our week no rush for sunbeds as early in the season had some lovely pool days small shop and bar at the pool average price 5 euro for a cocktail had a lovely chilled family holiday would definitely return loved the area
