Dit appartementenhotel is gelegen in Puerto Pollensa, op slechts 100 meter van het strand en het stadscentrum. In de directe nabijheid bevinden zich restaurants, bars, pubs en winkels. De luchthaven Son Sant Joan ligt op 65 kilometer van het hotel.Dit complex beschikt in totaal over 3 laagbouw huizenblokken, met in totaal 148 appartementen. Er is een ruim gazon, een groot terras en zowel binnen als buiten is er een bar. Dit appartementenhotel is volledig voorzien van airconditioning en beschikt over een ontvangsthal met een 24 uur per dag geopende receptie, een hotelkluis en een wisselkantoor. Een televisielounge, een café en een restaurant zijn aanwezig en de gasten kunnen bovendien gebruik maken van de draadloze internetaansluiting en de wasservice. De gasten kunnen fietsen huren bij het complex. De fietsenstalling van het complex biedt plaats aan 150 fietsen.Alle suites hebben een slaapkamer en een woonkamer met een tweepersoonsslaapbank. We stayed for our second time in 9 months. In an excellent position close to all amenities, spotlessly clean with daily cleaning, The breakfast is plentiful with lots of variety. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant from from check in staff, to bar staff and maintenance staff. The rooms are big and light and bright. Pool area is well kept. Entertainement was great.

I have stayed at the Azul several times, it’s good, very clean, the rooms are spacious, the staff are all friendly and helpful, the food is good. Location is good, a mere 5 minute walk from the centre of Pollenca. This time the first couple of days the air conditioning didn’t work. I assumed (wrongly, it transpired) that Spain is following Germanys efforts to reduce emissions and had stopped using it. It was restored by Monday evening which was a relief but next morning there was no hot water until about 8am. Small niggles and that wouldn’t stop me going there again. One more small matter is that in the bike storage there are several track pumps and an air compressor which is great, it saves cyclists having to bring their own, however, most of these are worn out thus a small investment in replacing the valve rubbers would go a long way. Other than these points, the whole place works very well, I love it.

Lovely well run hotel with plenty going on activities and entertainment wise. Rooms super clean and nice. Staff nice and not too in your face which is great. A special mention for Antonio and Jose in the pool bar who looked after us all week and always had a smile on their face! These guys a a massive asset to the hotel - super friendly and professional and always happy to help. Location of hotel great as a very short walk to the beach (which is off the scale) , and lots of amazing places to eat.
