De appartementen bevinden zich in het toeristische Puerto Pollensa. In de omgeving vindt u uitstekende mogelijkheden om te winkelen, bars en restaurants, die hun gasten met lekkere, plaatselijke specialiteiten verwennen. Het strand bevindt zich op ongeveer 1 km afstand.Het hotelcomplex heeft 2 verdiepingen met in totaal 110 appartementen. Het beschikt over een receptie die 24 uur per dag geopend is, een bar en een 5.000 vierkante meter grote tuin. Auto's kunnen op de eigen parkeerplaats worden gestald. Was- en roomservice ronden het aanbod af.De appartementen zijn voorzien van een badkamer met douche, een koelkast, centrale verwarming, balkon of terras en een kluis.De gasten hebben de beschikking over een zwembad en een zonneterras. Ook bevindt zich op ca. 7 km afstand een golfbaan.

Good stay but felt unsafe at times

We stayed in a 4 bed apartment ( Double bed 2 Singles and 2 Sofa beds ) All beds were comfortable and apartment as well as bedding and utensils were clean. Only complaint is that for 5 nights in a row we had people knocking at our door and ringing the doorbell in the early hours ( we had 2 children with us so this was distressing for them ) The apartments are not gated and people from outside can access the grounds. For that reason we would not stay again as at times it didn’t feel safe. Despite that all staff were helpful and polite. Location was good 2 great restaurants and a small shop opposite and in walking distance to a bigger supermarket and a Lidl which is always a bonus.

No thrills accommodation - clean, quiet (in the day time), easy come easy go. Bar food ok to fill a gap and reasonably priced (latte €4, pint €3.60 cocktail €6) Staff friendly & Alberto at the Bar is very good, from coffee to cocktails he knows what he’s doing!! Room - clean, spacious, family of 4 stayed without problem. Serviced twice in a week. Pool - great. Clean and never a fight for a sun bed. Plenty for all. Hotel Duva welcome you to their entertainment plan as long as you buy drinks - this was great as it’s virtually on the same site. Location - the hotel is serviced by the local buses, easy to reach Pollenca & Port De Pollensa, both routes are less than 6 euros for a family of 4 return. The Rosa Blanca opposite the hotel does nice reasonably priced food, shows all sport & drinks are cheap and plentiful. Minimart is also across the road and negligibly more expensive than euroski which is a ten minute walk away. We bought fresh pastries, bread & jams which got us by really well for a cheap breakfast / lunch snacks. Restaurants - Velomar 10/10 - Joker Bistro 10/10 - DKT 10/10. BUSES - YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ASK THE DRIVER ANYTHING, JUST TAP IN AND TAP OUT PER PERSON. A taxi to the port never cost us more than a fiver - just ask reception and they will call it. Pollenca market is on a Sunday & Tuesday - well worth a visit. Bad points - some rooms are let by locals and at weekends they were in the pool until 2am. The entertainment at Hotel Duva is very noisy until 11pm, after that it’s fine. If you want a quiet night in - this is not possible (we spent each evening ah the Duva having been in to the port for dinner, it’s not really a bad point regarding the noise it just depends if you’re a stay inner or go outer etc)

Happy to be back at Habitat

Having booked flights over a year ago and the accommodation in March 2021, we weren't sure until a couple of weeks before departure date whether we would actually be having our holiday. The fact that we had stayed at Habitat on two occasions previously meant that at least we knew what to expect as far as accommodation was concerned. On arrival we quickly realised just what an effect Covid had had: reception was only open for limited hours and the bar / restaurant area was closed till next year. None of that actually bothered us. We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist who went out of her way to explain how we could get help if we needed it when reception was closed. We had an apartment overlooking the second pool as requested and we quickly eased into the routine of a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The shortage of guests meant the place was very quiet and we could easily make ourselves comfortable anywhere in the grounds. Wifi in our apartment was unreliable, but ironically the problem was sorted on our last day (though we hadn't complained), at which point it became very good. We would agree that there is evidence of a little fraying at the edges in places, but the grounds are very well maintained. For a first foreign holiday in more than eighteen months the familiarity and unpretentiousness of Habitat suited us very well. Please note that the questions below relating to Covid measures do not totally apply because apart from the reception area, all access points are out of doors.
