Dit hotel bevindt zich slechts ongeveer 110 meter van het strand en heeft een schitterend uitzicht op de baai van Palma Nova. In de nabije omgeving bevindt zich het toeristische en stadscentrum van Palma Nova met vele winkel- en entertainmentmogelijkheden zoals restaurants, bars en discotheken (circa 300 meter). Het openbaar vervoer bereikt u na ongeveer 50 meter; de luchthaven van Mallorca bevindt zich op ongeveer 24 kilometer afstand.Het in 2001 gerenoveerde hotel ligt in een 200 m2 grote tuin en beschikt in 2 gebouwen van 9 etages over 654 tweepersoonskamers. De gasten beschikken over een ontvangsthal met een 24 uur geopende receptie, liften, een wisselkantoor en hotelkluizen. Verder zijn er een bar, een buffetrestaurant met showkeuken en kinderstoelen, een televisiekamer en een speelkamer. Ook verhuurt het hotel fietsen/mountainbikes. Auto's kunnen op de parkeerplaats geparkeerd worden. Voor de kleine gasten is er een miniclub. De medische dienst completeert het aanbod.De kamers hebben een badkamer met toilet, een televisie, een huurkluis (tegen betaling) en centraal geregelde verwarming.Buiten bevinden zich twee zwembaden, een zonneterras met ligstoelen en parasols en een poolbar. Sportieve gasten kunnen tevens tafeltennis, biljart en beachvolleybal spelen. De dichtstbijzijnde golfbaan bevindt zich op ongeveer 3 kilometer afstand.U kunt uw ontbijt, lunch en avondeten aan een buffet zelf samenstellen. Voor all-inclusive gasten zijn er van 10 tot 13 uur en van 21 tot 23 uur snacks.

Here currently and just wanted to point out a few issues we have had - 2 adults and 1 toddler! - rooms are tiny! her cot takes up most of the room and is in the way of the balcony doors. - food is average and warm. my daughters nearly 2 and the selection for kids is awful - pools are freezing - baby pools don’t open until 10am - bathrooms not great - shower screen takes up most of the bath so have to be super careful not to slip getting in and out. can’t use the bath for my daughter - kids entertainment is on way too late - 8.45?! - drinks ques are rediculous - lifts fit max 2 people and a buggy Shame as has potential and is in a great location but would def not visit here again. been a long week

I’m never normally one to negatively review a hotel, but wow, this hotel is horrendous I’m currently here and not due to leave until Saturday 27/05 - check in with my infant was less than welcoming, I was told at 11:30pm that he would have to sleep in an adult bed, after emailing the hotel before my arrival that we would need a cot. After persisting that he was absolutely not sleeping in a bed, they squeezed a cot into a tiny double room, to which they had to put the armchair on the balcony for it to fit. When the next morning came, we asked if we could be moved to a bigger room, to which the response was, yes, if you pay €100 per night. - Only 1 lift works out of the two, so if you have a pushchair or mobility issues, expect to wait up to 20 minutes just to get in the lift - The food is luke warm at best, the eggs at breakfast were beyond cold, I’d go as far as saying they were freezing - The queue to get a drink is always a long wait, yesterday we didn’t even bother waiting and went to a local shop instead I absolutely wouldn’t return to this hotel and wouldn’t recommend. I go on a few budget holidays a year, I’ve paid far less for much better!!

Where do I start!! Well....lights come on super bright at 10.45pm because they want you to stop drinking and go to bed to save money. Outside entertainment is shocking kids stuff finishes at 9pm then put crappy clown rubbish on for an hour n half that no one is watching and zero kids still there! So go back inside, singer on, great....finishes before 11...wtf, zero going on afterwards and bright lights shining fgs! Pools open at 10am and close with barriers round by 6pm at the latest [seriously] what a joke! Food is sparse, and cold rooms are absolutely tiny like couldn't swing a mouse round never mind a cat. Such a shame as I know this hotel has the potential to be a 4 star plus if it made some significant changes....in my eyes greedy chain [melia] being greedy....shame..... I give it 5/10 max. P.S I'm an ex travel agent of 16 years.
