Dit hotelcomplex ligt op slechts enkele minuten lopen van het strand (ongeveer 50 meter). Een halte van het openbaar vervoer is 300 meter verwijderd. Met het openbaar vervoer bereikt u gemakkelijk Paguera waar u talrijke winkels, restaurants, kleine bars en diverse discotheken vindt.Het strandhotel van de betere middenklasse beschikt over in totaal 416 kamers en een fraaie grote tuin. Tot de inrichting behoort een ontvangsthal met een 24 uur geopende receptie, een hotelkluis, wisselkantoor en een lift. De gasten beschikken verder over een café, bar, speelkamer, televisieruimte en een van airconditioning voorzien à la carte restaurant met kinderstoelen voor de kleine gasten. Tevens heeft het hotel een conferentieruimte, een openbare internetterminal, een miniclub en een speeltuin.De attractieve kamers zijn voorzien van badkamer met wc, haardroger, telefoon, satelliet/kabeltelevisie, koelkast, plavuizen, airconditioning, centrale verwarming, balkon en een huurkluis.De gasten beschikken over een overdekt zwembad, swimming pool, snackbar, ligstoelen en parasols en massages. Beautiful location in quiet area with a few shops close by, hotel was spotless staff all very friendly Vanessa in the bar in the Adult area is a breath fresh air, give her a pay rise Rooms very clean beds not the best, two singles pushed together and not the same height not ideal we did complain it was sorted. Like almost everyone the food was a let down , it’s true Brussels sprouts and crinkle carrots are on offer for breakfast each morning and throughout the day. Everything is cold the queue for the miserable piece of chicken isn’t worth it. Tinned fruits at the buffet was also disappointing fresh fruit was a cantaloupe melon. The sun beds are awful dread to think what they will be like by the the end of this season, You can pay €25 for the Cabana bed in the adult area for comfort. Should be free (my opinion ) A few changes and this place would be ideal, as it ticks so many boxes but I would have no desire to return. If travelling with Jet2 last drop first pick up.

Lovely location

Camp de Mar is a beautiful little resort suited to couples and families with young children. We have stayed three times at this hotel previous to covid. Unfortunately, although hotel is clean with fabulous sea views, the food is not the standard it used to be. We went all inclusive this time due to amazing food in the past but missing are the Themed nights ie Mexican, Asian, etc. The carvery section on right hand side of restaurant was not in use at all. Lunch and dinner same and very repetitive. Not sure if this is down to the hotel now being part of the Alua Group. However, we enjoyed our stay. Room on high floor with lovely view over pool, beach and Illetas Restaurant in the sea. Wow factor! We visited Paguera, Andratx and even Palma Nova. Paguera only three mins on local bus, service very good and bus stop only minutes from hotel. We also ate out locally one evening at the restaurant Flor de Sal, great views, food was so good and great to be waited on. Still love Camp de Mar but hotel needs to improve on evening dinner choice. (Breakfast fab).

Brilliant hotel and great staff

The hote lAlua Gran Camp de Mar is such a very great hotel the position right on the Beach makes it one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The staff are really nice most are very polite always got a smile receptionist on check in was very helpful . the room 501 on fifth floor had a stunning sea view was cleaned every day . The bar staff were very good the girl girl in the pool bar was hilarious . That was the good bits now for the bad bits we were we all inclusive the food in the resturant was not very good the soup was always cold others guests had to warm it in the microwave you should not have to do this .We only had a choice of potatoes once the week we wher there it was chips every meal including breakfast even sprouts for breakfast. The cooked food was not hot enough the food let a very beautiful hotel down .The hotel claims to be disable friendly its not the ramp to gain access to the hotel is not safe when you are trying to get your suitcases in too the hotel and when you are leaving is hard work the hotel should provide a porter for this .this hotel is not a 4 star at best its 3 star because of the food and access .Last we would give a big thank you to Sergio who is a brilliant part of the hotel . Would we return not until it improved the food and access problems
