A hotel well worth experiencing

We have just returned from a 4 night stay from March 13th. Congratulations to the Iberostar for being open and having enough clients to make the ambiance feel welcoming. The reception staff were helpful in every way including giving us a coffee and cake voucher as our room was still being cleaned. The hotel always felt warm and our room was at a constant 21º and the outward part of the restaurant always had the heaters on at the start of service. The food selection and quality was excellent and the staff managed to keep replenishing throughout the meal. The bar was very quiet and during our stay there was only entertainment during one night and that was a saxophonist and he was very enjoyable. We appreciated the view from our side sea view room and didn’t feel it necessary to upgrade. The only complaint I have was that the moisturiser was dreadful! It is thick and smells awful. My advice is to take your own! Cala Millor was exceptionally quiet and during our first two days there were only two bar/restaurants open on the sea front. This got busier towards the end of our stay. The cafe at the harbour in Cala Bona was open and well worth a visit. Our walk through the nature reserve was lovely and peaceful and the restaurant at the top served everything and is well worth the short walk. You can continue to walk down the path to Sa Coma but at this time of year scarcely anywhere was open. This is a great area for walking and cycling and the Iberostar has the best location for a peaceful break.

Great stay! Staff are wonderful. Especially Ibra! Had a lovely time and walked all over the countryside. Room very good, spa and gym great and not too busy. Lots of cats to look at. Castle pretty too.

Had a lovely week at this beautiful hotel food and customer service excellent .entertainment was average for the time of year. This is only suggestion that I think I was disappointed with is a good pillow and a kettle in the room would have made it a better experience.,The hotel was spotless and room was comfortable. I will visit again but possibly in the summer Thanking all the team Yvonne &John Langton.
