Dit vriendelijke appartementencomplex heeft een prachtige ligging direct naast de kaap en naast de zee. Het ligt in een schitterend onderhouden tuin en wordt omringd door de twee baaien met fijn zand, Cala Mandina en Cala Estany. Het dichtstbijzijnde strand ligt op slechts 300 meter van het hotel. y Tal van winkels en entertainmentgelegenheden liggen op 5 km van het hotel.Het appartementenhotel heeft 3 verdiepingen en in totaal 812 kamers, waaronder 212 tweepersoonskamers en 600 appartementen/studio's. Tot de faciliteiten behoren een ruime ontvangsthal met liften, een 24 uur per dag geopende receptie, een kluis, een wisselkantoor, een speelkamer, een televisielounge, een conferentieruimte met internettoegang en fietsverhuur. We had a fantastic holiday. A beautifull room very quiet and the food was very good. A lot of choice and very friendly personeel . I followded zumba and aqua gym. The swimmingpools I loved them. IT WAS AMAZING

Best holiday ever

It’s a great place. Very nice view and a lot place where we can visit. Breakfast lunch dinner is a very tasty. Service in this resort is perfect, everyone are friendly and very nice. Barman Joan is the best.

Review We’ve just returned from our holiday here at the Blau Punta Reina and want to start off with how amazing the holiday has been. The resort is beautiful and all of the staff are lovely. The food is amazing and we wanted to thank Joan for that because every single day he was there making sure everything was to perfection! The night time entertainment is again great the only down fall to that is that it’s on too late for the kids. The only other criticism we would give is that we had a problem getting into are apartment nearly every day, even after moving 3 times. The key cards constantly stop working and it’s frustrating having to go back to reception at half ten at night because you’re locked out. The cleaning of the apartment was also quite frustrating as there is no time for them coming everyday, so you’re just sat around waiting sometimes and we weren’t given a hanger for the door to say to not clean it today and I feel some days that would of been helpful but all of the junior suites had these so it seems unfair that the cheaper rooms are left out. In terms of cleanliness the cleaners do the bear minimum as after ten nights here, the bedding wasn’t changed once even when visibly dirty. The smell in the apartment also isn’t great and would often smell of human waste. Overall, we’ve had a great holiday but we wouldn’t return based on the downfalls above. As an English family thinking of coming here on holiday, be prepared to be the only English people here and sometimes that can be isolating. Understandably, this is no fault of the resort but definitely worth mentioning as our personal preference would have been to have been able to communicate more with other guests. Also if you can I’d definitely recommend to upgrade to a sea view as you really don’t know what you’ll get an it’s definitely worth the extra. Also there’s a manger that we didn’t manage to catch his name but he is the only one in glasses, He made a great effort with the kids and was the only one who would stop and really chat to us.
