Dit appartementenhotel ligt op slechts ca. 50 m afstand van de Paseo Maritimo, in de buurt van West End met zijn levendige atmosfeer met veel restaurants en bars. Het zandstrand ligt op ca. 450 m afstand van het hotel. De dichtstbijzijnde bushalte bereikt u vanaf het hotel na ca. 200 m.Het in 2003 gerenoveerde hotel heeft 5 verdiepingen met in totaal 64 kamers, waarvan 48 studio's. In het hotelgebouw vindt u een ontvangsthal met een receptie, die 24 uur per dag voor u klaar staat, een hotelkluis, een wisselkantoor en een lift.De studio's hebben een eigen badkamer/douche/wc. Tevens zijn ze voorzien van een telefoon, satelliet-/kabeltelevisie en een kitchenette met koelkast. De airconditioning kunt u individueel reguleren. Een balkon of een terras, gedeeltelijk met uitzicht op zee, behoren eveneens tot de inrichting.In het buitengedeelte van het hotel bevinden zich een swimmingpool, evenals een zonneterras met ligstoelen en parasols.

Noisy and air con not working

If you don’t care about noise and being kept awake all night then this place is probably fine. We changed room because of noise in the next room but the air conditioning wasn’t working so we still couldn’t sleep at nights. The pool has no shade so we had to use another hotels’ facilities. The staff were nice and friendly and did their best. To summarise it’s a good location but there are far better hotels in San Antonio.

Arrived and was allowed to check in early which was nice. But it didn’t take long to realise why the people probably wanted to leave early. No balcony and windows that are closed with screws. Air con didn’t work and everything half falling to bits. Toilet flusher was hanging off, the bath was literally crusty and had leaking rust running down the inside, had to shower with slides on. Got cleaned once in 4 days. 2 towels for 3 days… honestly for the price you pay there are loads of hotels that are better than this…tbh it can’t get much worse. Staff where friendly where they could be but English was poor so was hard to communicate. Also vending machine charging €2.50 for a small packet of malteasers. Go to the shop down the road! Also air con when they finally fixed it rattled that much I thought it was going to fall off the wall.

Had a great few days here! The location is great and felt very safe. The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious and we had a great big balcony. The staff were helpful and friendly. And we met lots of lovely people. Would stay here again. Thank you Apartahotel Del Mar! Wish we were there longer and already have ibiza blues! see you next year!
