Het appartementencomplex ligt direct aan zee en is slechts ongeveer 500 m van het dichtstbijzijnde strand verwijderd. Winkels, bars, restaurants en een halte van het openbaar vervoer vindt u in de directe omgeving van het hotel. De dichtstbijzijnde discotheek bevindt zich op ongeveer 3 km afstand en het plaatsje San Antonio ligt op ca. 5 km afstand.Het complex werd in 2007 gerenoveerd, telt vier verdiepingen en heeft in totaal 103 appartementen. De gasten worden verwelkomt in een ontvangsthal met een receptie die 24 uur per dag geopend is, hotelkluis, liften en een wisselkantoor. Tot de inrichting behoren verder een café, een bar, een speelkamer, een televisielounge, een niet-roker- en een à la carte restaurant (beide voorzien van airconditioning) en een openbare internetterminal. Tevens kunt u gebruik maken van de wasservice, de medische dienst, een parkeerplaats.De met smaak ingerichte appartementen zijn voorzien van badkamer met douche/ligbad en wc, aparte slaapkamer, telefoon, satelliet-/kabeltelevisie, internettoegang, kitchenette, magnetron, minibar/koelkast, plavuizen, huurkluis en een terras (gedeeltelijk met zeezicht).In het buitengedeelte van het hotel is er een zwembad met afzonderlijk kinderbad, een zonneterras met ligstoelen en parasols en een pool-/snackbar. Tevens biedt het hotel voor sportliefhebbers de mogelijkheid tot tafeltennis, squash, fietsen/mountainbikes, basketbal en tegen betaling biljart.

I would highly recommend the hotel, it is spotlessly clean and the staff (reception, bar, lifeguard, kitchen and restaurant staff) were among the most helpful and friendly we have come across. The staff are an asset to this already lovely hotel. Food - good in both the restaurant and the pool bar with lots of variety to choose from - even for picky eaters there is always something available. Entertainment - good, it ranges from live shows and quizzes at night to aqua aerobics, stretching, pool games etc during the day. As we did not have children with us I cannot comment on children's entertainment. On the downside we were woken up every morning at 6am till 7am with the bins being emptied, our room was directly above the bins and as a light sleeper I didn't find it helpful. Ask for a room away from this area to get more peace especially if you have children. I found the area quite run-down and on a walk into San Antonia walking along the coast we did see a number of beaches with litter, discarded plastic items and drug paraphernalia - be aware if you have young children. We had a lovely holiday - can't fault the hotel (apart from the bin issue), if the hotel was in a different area I would not hesitate to return.

Perfect break at this time of year, clean, friendly with a fantastic pool area.

Had a great stay at the Marvell Club Hotel, nothing was an issue to any of the staff, Ana and Jill were so helpful on reception, giving local advice on places to visit, car hire and general hotel information. The room was very clean with a great sea view as advertised. The pool area and bar were fabulous, great food in a calm and peaceful setting near the sea. Lifeguard there all day made me feel comfortable having a 6 year old, and Michael (entertainment) was always available to help with keeping my son happy. Half board came as part of the package deal which I wouldn't normally do but the food was excellent and we ate there 4 of the 7 nights. Freshly cooked steaks/lamb chops/fish to go with the vast variation of salads/fries/vegetables. At this time of year this hotel was an ideal choice. Thanks.

What a fab hotel. I’ve never met such friendly welcoming and helpful staff, from the receptionists to the kitchen and bar staff, and the lifeguard and entertainer were amazing. Beautiful clean hotel, gorgeous pool area. Great food. We’ll be back.
