How to Pay for Your Holiday

Your holiday is nearly here, so it’s time to make a payment. If you wish to make your payment online, please check your booking reference number, as not all bookings are accessible online – see below.

Online

If your booking reference starts with a 4 digit number followed by a dash then 7 digits (eg 1234-1234567), you can pay the balance of your holiday using our secure online payment system. You will need to enter the booking reference that is shown on your written confirmation that you received 4-5 working days after making your booking.

Phone Booking

If you have booked your holiday over the phone with our Sales Centre and wish to make a payment, we recommend that you use our quick and easy online payment system. You will need to enter the booking reference that is shown on your written confirmation that you received shortly after making your booking.

Please note: If your reference number starts with a P or a Q and you have built your own package holiday, we are currently unable to process your payment. Please contact our dedicated UK call centre on 0871 895 0045.
