Why Choose

While on holiday in Antalya, keep the kids – and the young at heart – busy with a trip to one of the waterparks, such as Aqualand. A fantastic concept for a city resort, Antalya Beach Park to the west of the downtown core is a huge pre-planned leisure area with a range of activities and some lovely natural areas to explore.     Rated 5 out of 5 by Great place for a relaxing holiday Very big hotel laid out over a large area. Very clean and well maintained. Staff helpful and polite. Be prepared to come in contact with exremely rude Russian holidaymakers. Thankfully no sunbed wars as there were always plenty available. Entertainment was not well advertised - aimed more towards Russian sports organisations who were also staying at the hotel. Disapponted that I was refused a late checkout as it seemed like a day less to be able to relax before travelling home and facing a 3 1/2 hour delay at the airport. October 19, 2012
    Rated 2 out of 5 by wont go back to this hotel The overall holiday was good but was let down by standards of staff.When sitting for our meal at night we had to ask someone to get us drinks on a few occasions had to go up my self or help myself for wine at diner time. When i left the table to go get my sweet my table was cleared before i got back and someone else was sitting there this happen a few times which my daughter and i found really hard. December 15, 2012

The service was very poor, waiters were too busy and could not cope and some rude. This did not spoil our holiday and over all was brilliant!! October 11, 2012
    Rated 1 out of 5 by The worst holiday I've ever had. Very dangerous place to go. Not a place for the British. Hotel was like a prison. No entertainment. Treated like dirt. Without a doubt the worst holiday I've ever had. Did not want to be there and didn't feel safe. Everything was extortionate. Ripped off at every turn. October 11, 2012
    Rated 4 out of 5 by Third visit and another great holiday in the Kremlin Palace this was the second time we have visited the Kremlin Palace this year. Back in June we were their for our daughters 21st Birthday and our wedding Anniversary and i can't thank Suat in guest relations enough for organising the restaurants for both occasions,two great evenings, thank you !! the rooms although dated were always very clean. The waiters provided excellent service and the Entertainment team were a joy to spend time with be it round the pool with fun games, to great shows on an evening thanks to Bora, Anna, Kimo and Ibbo. Our second Visit was the first week in september. Ican't thank all the staff enough suat organised our restaurants again !! Thank you once more,you all contributed to making this another really great Holiday. See you next year!! September 12, 2012
