21-09-2012........Everything about the hotel was excellent .Clean, well serviced with towels and bed changed regularly,room cleaned daily.
The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing , though exitement right there by the way of the water park and the animation / entertainment crew ( Hi to Max,Jay,Tasha and Tom ) hope your there next year......and several swimming pools.
The restaurant is excellent. Well cooked food with good choices for all meals complete with a fresh cooking station so you can see your food cooked in front of you.
Bars are well run with anything you care to drink.
All the staff are friendly, very polite lovely people that can`t do enough for you.
Looking foreward to going again.

We had a wonderful family holiday in Zante. We stayed for 10 nights and would highly recommend the hotel and fabulous on site waterpark. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and food was delicious! The Waterpark was totally amazing and a bonus to be onsite, which meant that you could take food and drinks to relax by the sunbeds! We can't wait to have a return holiday!

great family hols we had a 10 and 13 yr old, great has its all on one site so kids could go and get there food from pool bar (which is hotdogs ,toasted sandwiches, pizza, burgers,.chips, etc ) and come back and eat it between 10-6 the food was good breakfast dinner and eve meal .we didn't book the coach from airport we got a taxi its only 10mins from airport and costs 13euros each way (don't let this put you off you don't really take much notice off the planes coming and going its nice to watch )and on way home you could leave in taxi before the coach leaves and get there before the rush, as the airport is very small ,the hotel is fantasic for all ages its clean and very nice people they make you feel at home ,the pool and slides are great cant wait to go back.

The rooms were cleaned every day. The staff were very friendly. And there is lots to do for the children.we came back on the 16th of may 2013 and the weather was brilliant.we will be going back there

Best holiday we've had! Kids were never bored, plenty for them to do! Staff are excellent, the food is good, plenty of choice and always things for the kids! Water park is fab for all ages! Hotel is always clean, can't fault anything! We'll definitely be returning!

I would struggle to rate this a 2 star. Yes it has a water park with only 2-3 slides at a time open. Food and drinks awful guaranteed to be sick on holiday as for the entertainment non existent. The rooms ok if you like to shower in a rusty shower, sleep on a bit of a sofa, drawers where spoons were kept filthy and bed clothes not changed.

Just got back from a fab holiday at Caretta Beach hotel, Kalamaki with our 2 young daughters (6 & 9). The hotel facilities, cleanliness and food are all fantastic and the waterpark kept us all happy all day long. The staff make your stay at Caretta Beach special as they all make a huge effort to get to know their guests and make your holiday memorable. Too many staff to mention them all but the kids club girls, Jay the Entertainments Manager, Craig in the main bar and Yiannis in the pool bar all deserve a mention. Food was varied every day with lots of local dishes and we will definitely be going back. The Moore Family (D105)

Just back from a week stay with my daughter the room was clean with fridge,air conditioning,kettle hair dryer and a safe at not extra cost , the one down side to being in block f is the rooster and dogs going on all night !! the bath/shower did not have a shower curtain.The food was great and the staff were friendly and helpful,we did not make the welcome meeting but did go on a few trips which are advertised everywhere (shipwreck,turtles) . the water park was a great bonus and was loved by my daughter and myself.There is a strip of shops 5 min walk away. in the next town lagans there was bowling ,go carting etc but i would not take young kids there in the night time !! We found the beach (20 min walk away) it was nice water was nice and warm. we had lunch at the place down there, a day trip was enough because of the walk . The only thing i and others were not happy about with was the night time entertaiment we spoke to managment who assured us they are looking to make improvments if this happens I will go back time and time again and so will alot of others . But i will not stay in block f ha ha
