It is an amazing hotel and the staff that are here make the difference. They are very kind and nice people. Even if you don't dare ask them for a favor, they come to you and ask if they can help you with something. The rooms are very spacious and welcoming, equipped with everything you need when you stay at a hotel (and even if you need something else, just ask one of the staff and the problem will surely be solved). Even though it is far from the central points of Dubai, every day you have free transportation to the metro, to IBN Battuta Mall and to Jumeirah beach. If you want to find minuses of the hotel, maybe you will find 2 or 3. But if you go on vacation to look for the faults of a hotel, then you better not leave home. I would always return to this hotel because I had a very nice experience.

Everything was wonderful. Very kind staff, diversified food, very good conditions. The rooms are big, swimming pool, cleanliness. An inconvenience is the position far from the city, but they still found the solution. there is a free bus that will pick you up from the hotel and take you to the best and most visited places in the city. So, you just have to make a reservation at the reception and you have solved the problem of the distance from the city. So, it's totally worth coming here! Thank you Holiday Inn Dubai Ai Maktoum and thank you to the wonderful staff! Next time!

The hotel was great, very nice service and Nizar the manager was very experienced, really up to my expectations. Nothing to add and it is a great value for money. Breakfast is very convenient as well
