Worst experience. Don’t go It does not matter how the outside or inside looks as long as there is the worst customer service ever you can find in your life. Unfortunately my worst experience in hotels. Disrespectful unprofessional customer service, no respect for timings or schedule, can keep you wait for long time and no answers. If you want to ruin your holidays, go to this place

Terrible to avoid

Terrible place to stay. The AC in the lobby is insane, the Consierge and engineer just laughed at me instead of reducing it. Reception and their supervisor unfriendly and unprofessional. Also they don’t find necessary to clean the lobby tables after guests

The only way to describe this hotel is by saying that it is a slightly more 'Dubai' version of a travel lodge. It is well worth the money and has everything you need! The gym was 'ok.' Only treadmills and weights working. Air con was either off or broken. No cups for water. Breakfast was ample and had enough choice for anyone to have a full stomach! Rooms were big, beds super comfy and clean. However, full carpet and not clean! Bathroom was a nice size and had toiletries. Don't expect any English movie/TV channels, only news. I didn't expect this at the hotel as it is not in a touristy area so doesn't really need to cater for English or any other language for that matter. Room service great price and quick! Paid £7.50 for club sandwich and chips. Came in 20 minutes! For me, the pool made this trip well worth it! Great location on roof top. Great for catching rays. Very warm. Shallow area for small children.
