Very nice hotel.. It's not the first time I've stayed here. I've come several times and I liked the friendly treatment and always welcome from the staff at the reception. Especially Miss Gharam Elnagar, she is fun, kind, polite, and always understands me and chooses my favorite room on the 30th floor with the most beautiful view for me. Thank you, Gram The hotel is nice and the staff is well trained I highly recommend this hotel to friends and family Staying here is very good for business trip also

Very nice hotel with excellent staff. The reception staff were very friendly. I had less than 3 minutes to do the check-in from Miss Gharam who was very nice and professional really the best receptionist ever and she had the most amazing smile.The hotel has an excellent location next to the metro station by walking, where I can find anything or anywhere very easily. The room is spacious and has a wonderful view of Burj Khalifa and the Museum of the Future. The view is amazing at night.Hayley Recommend

The beautiful hotel Fairmont Dubai. Excellent service staff and good customer care. The room itself was great, big and very very clean. The rooms were very big and the bed was comfortable, as well as the toilets. About the breakfast, they had a big veriety and it was very delicious and the crew was always there to help. The hotel room service was wonderful, you can call them 24/7 and the things that you've asked for came in 5 minutes, with a big smile. And Nurul was there, with a smile and always ready to help.we will come back again.
