This is a hotel that is in serious need of updating. Room was small and some of the furniture looked old. It definitely did not look like the pictures. The location is convenient to metro, which was a bonus and short walk to restaurants. The staff was just ok. All in all it is overpriced for what you get.

Myself and my wife stayed here whilst attending the festival. The location couldn't have been more perfect, as transport to and from the festival, dropped you at the doorstep of the hotel. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choose from, room was spacious and shower was powerful. Easy to get around madrid with the metro just outside the hotel. Staff were pleasant but could have been a little more friendly.

They tell everyone that breakfast is included and then charge you 12 euros per person per day. I watched them check in other guests including our friends. They tell everyone breakfast is included and then charge at check out. Very disappointing.
