Het attractieve middenklassehotel ligt in het toeristische centrum van Salou en is ongeveer 100 meter van het mooie zandstrand verwijderd. De binnenstad met talrijke winkels en amusementsmogelijkheden bereikt u na slechts enkele minuten lopen. Er is een bushalte direct voor het hotel (25 m).Het hotel werd in 1963 gebouwd en in 1997 geheel gerenoveerd. Het heeft 9 verdiepingen met in totaal 218 kamers. Het hotel biedt zijn gasten een pool- en tuinlandschap, een ruime ontvangsthal met liften, hotelkluizen, een wisselkantoor en een 24-uursreceptie. Bovendien heeft het hotel een speel- en tv-ruimte, een café, een gezellige bar en een van airconditioning voorzien restaurant met eigen niet-rokergedeelte en kinderstoeltjes. Zakenreizigers kunnen gebruik maken van de conferentieruimte en de openbare internetterminal. Als extra service kunt u gebruik maken van de room- en wasservice van het hotel. Verder vindt u hier een parkeerplaats, een miniclub en een speeltuin.De smaakvol ingerichte kamers beschikken over een betegelde badkamer met haardroger, telefoon, satelliet-/kabeltelevisie, radio, een eigen internettoegang, minibar, koelkast, centrale verwarming en een kluis. De kamers bevinden zich op de begane grond en bieden uitzicht op het binnengedeelte van het complex.In het buitengedeelte is er voor de gasten een swimming pool, een snackbar en een zonneterras met ligstoelen en parasols. Bovendien is er een solarium en zijn er vrijetijdsvoorzieningen. Voor de sportliefhebbers is er aqua aerobic, tafeltennis, aerobic, boogschieten, biljart/snooker en beachvolleybal. Tijdens het hoogseizoen zorgt het dagelijkse animatieprogramma voor afwisseling en amusement.

Do not stay in this hotel. The cleaners steal from rooms. Multiple items of clothes and jewellery were stolen including name brand (nike) leggings and €100 + leggings. Upon telling reception, we were told they “were flown away by the wind” yet the rings and clothes were inside the bathroom, which had no windows, and the doors were closed and locked. The hotel looks nothing like its pictures, I stayed in a room for 4 which had 4 single beds, 3 of which were pushed together. The shower in the bathroom does not drain properly causing the entire bathroom to flood. No air conditioning in the room, key cards frequently stop working (I had to go down to reception 3 times within one day to get them fixed). The food was for the most part inedible. I spent dinner eating bread rolls and chips, Breakfast was a slight improvement with pastries which were alright. There was canned fruit and veg (nothing fresh), as well as undercooked meats and pizza that will make one gag. The hotel was noisy at all hours, there was drink spilt in the lifts, you could here shouting all night, from people in halls and other rooms. We were told we could not use the gym. I am not usually one to complain in regards to hotels or restaurants, but the way this hotel treated us was disgusting. This hotel does not deserve its 4 star rating, and I highly recommend never staying here. I will not be returning. @@@@@ DO NOT STAY HERE @@@@@@@

If u want to keep your valuable jewellery and designer clothes wouldn’t recommend staying here . Nothing is safe in the rooms and when we asked reception we were told our items “flew away” . Very disappointing

horrible cleaners stealing stuff from classmates (e.g a Pandora ring and three pairs of Nike leggings) and showers pressure was too high in the room I stayed in. The room has a picture of a naked women which is inappropriate for younger people. The food wasn’t up to standard, I’ve gotten better food at a three star. The one good thing was where it is situated your close to the beach, there a few shops
