Dit hotel van de betere middenklasse ligt op ongeveer 10 minuten lopen van het centrum van Pineda de Mar vandaan. Het strand bevindt zich in de directe nabijheid van het hotel. Naar bars en pubs is het ca. 100 m, naar haltes van het openbaar vervoer is het ca. 150 m. Mogelijkheden om te winkelen en restaurants vindt u op 200 m afstand.Het in 1978 gebouwde en in 2003 gerenoveerde strandhotel heeft 6 verdiepingen met in totaal 194 kamers. Voor de gasten van het hotel is er een ontvangsthal met 24-uursreceptie, een wisselkantoor, liften, een café, een bar, een speelkamer voor de kinderen, een tv-ruimte en een miniclub. Het van airconditioning voorziene restaurant (met kinderstoelen voor de kleine gasten) verheugt zich op uw bezoek. Auto's kunnen op de parkeerplaats of in de garage van het hotel worden gestald. De roomservice maakt het aanbod compleet.De kamers beschikken over een badkamer met wc en haardroger, telefoon, satelliet-/kabeltelevisie, minibar, koelkast, centrale verwarming en een kluis.De hotelgasten hebben de beschikking over een swimming pool en een zonneterras met ligstoelen en parasols. Before I say anything else let me just say that the staff in this hotel are great, so helpful and friendly especially reception staff We asked to change rooms as either side of us were quite noisy and we were immediately given another room on the same floor (7th) with same amazing view and it was bigger My only concerns are that as a 4* I would expect a cleaner more updated pool area, I think it feels a bit neglected but that could be easily remedied and some areas of the hotel look tired Food was of a good standard and lots of choice, we were all inclusive out of 4 days we had 3 meals there two of those days We used the train to go to Barcelona which was really easy and cost us 22€ for the round trip for both of us The hotel has a more traditional feel than sone of the more modern hotels we’ve stayed in but we were comfortable and it was clean

Home a week from this fabulous hotel and wishing I was back there. Can't fault a thing. Perfectly located across from beach which makes beautiful viewing from roof top pool. A fare amount of shops n restaurant/bars nearby (for such a small resort) Hotel staff are amazing, Cyril the manager goes above and beyond to make your holiday really enjoyable. He's very friendly, approachable, efficient and never walks by with acknowledging you with a smile n takes time to chat n make sure everything is to your satisfaction. Reception staff are so helpful and nothing's a bother to them. Restaurant staff are faultless and food is plentiful in variety and quantity. Saturday nights are my favourite where there's a carvery, tapas n chocolate fountain on top of everything else. The icing on the cake is the trombone player. The bar staffs customer service is top notch. The 2 Josephs are amazing. Also Victor, Vatali, Antonio and Mark. Everyone of these guys took time to acknowledge, greet and smile everytime we approached or even passed the bar whilst being super efficient. The housekeeping staff we had on 7th floor was so good at their job. Our room was immaculate and soap, shower jel and shampoo was replenished daily. They even supply you with shower caps, toothbrushes n toothpaste. We've booked to return in September 2023, I think that alone speaks volumes

I've been to Pineda Palace a few times but not since COVID. I can honestly say that it is the best place in the world and if I never went anywhere else on holiday I would be happy! The staff treat all the clients like old friends. Everything is lovely and clean and the staff cannot do enough for you. We had a lovely balcony view and were all inclusive. The food was of such a high standard and since I work in hospitality I had to congratulate the head chef. Fresh fish every evening, eggs cooked to order in the morning, a lovely range of tasty food. The all inclusive was also very good with a good standard of beers and wines. The pool bar was lovely also. Please don't believe the bad reviews. Try it for yourself! Outside of the hotel, there is a lovely walk to Santa Susanna or Callela with its wonderful boutiques. There is a market on Friday which is great. The train is outside and can take you to Barcelona. If you want a change of food or drink, Tandem Bar is great fun and it is very reasonable too. I would really like to thank the staff for all their kindness to me and my husband especially Cyril,Raquel, Jose, Victor, Vitaly, Angela and Jennifer. I hope to see you again in May 2023!
