Dit comfortabele hotel is speciaal ontworpen voor gezinnen en ligt in Malgrat de Mar. Het hotel ligt in het stadscentrum waardoor alle bezienswaardigheden gemakkelijk te bereiken zijn. The Alegria Maripins is everything you could expect from a holiday hotel, and more. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, friendly staff, entertainment, lovely breakfast and close to everything you need. I will definitely go back. (but later in the year as the weather was changeable when we were there (not the hotel's fault)).

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Me and my partner went for a week at the beginning of may, disappointed to say the least. Was greeted by a miserable receptionist who didn’t look bothered. We went All Inclusive on this trip which was 11am-11pm, you get horrible looks from the staff if you go to the bar any time near 10:30pm. Bar staff are miserable don’t like you dancing or singing when the Dj is on. This hotel is more for the older generations anyone under the age of 60 is felt to be not welcome here. “All inclusive” food is disgusting, greasy and just not cooked right. Woken up every morning at around 3am to people emptying bins. You are up the tiniest bit after 11pm you get threatened to be thrown out on to the streets and the police to be called. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Do not waste your money staying here, there are much better places in the area.

Worst hotel ever

If you are English and under 40 years old this hotel is not for you. I have never felt so unwelcome in my life. We went on a girly holiday for 3 nights all inclusive and it was shockingly bad. First day we went by the pool and moved the sunbeds to follow the sun (as you do) and we had a right telling off. The waiter shouted at us and he was so angry! We was ordering cocktails and they was 4 to choose from but they never put any alcohol in them, trying to tell us that it was premixed. The food was awful, Sargent major was guarding the food hall, If you were late by 5 mins you were not allowed in, even if there was still people in there eating, you was not allowed to take food back to your room but the elderly spanish guests could and would. The rooms were tiny, the aircon wasn't working and was told it was being fixed the next day. We had a man come in the following night and the lowest temp we could have was 21 degrees so not really worth it. Night time there was a disco, it was my birthday so thought we would stay in the hotel. The music stopped at 11pm on the dot, we tried to play our own music and was told to turn it off. If you go out of the hotel the food, drink and atmosphere was amazing but this hotel and staff just drain the fun/life out of you. They did not like us having a laugh and they really did not want us there. We were so glad to leave. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!
