Dit hotel heeft een perfecte ligging aan het einde van de promenade aan zee, uitkijkend op het strand van Lloret. De dichtstbijzijnde haltes van het openbaar vervoer zijn op 10 meter afstand en het is 50 meter naar het strand, 300 meter naar het centrum van Lloret de Mar en 500 meter naar de dichtstbijzijnde winkels en restaurants. De gasten kunnen genieten van een rustige maar centrale ligging, op slechts 7 minuten van de schitterende, modernistische kerk van de stad, op 700 meter van bars en uitgaansgelegenheden, 800 meter van typisch Iberische dorpen, 1,2 km van de moderne begraafplaats, 1,5 km naar St. Pere del Bosc en 1,7 km naar de Jardines de Santa Clothilde. Het hotel ligt op 25 km van de luchthaven van Girona en 90 km van de luchthaven van Barcelona.Dit strandhotel beschikt in totaal over 265 kamers, waaronder 17 eenpersoonskamers en 39 junior suites. De gasten hebben in dit van airconditioning voorziene hotel de beschikking over een ontvangsthal met 24 uur per dag geopende receptie en uitcheckservice, een hotelkluis en een lift. Er zijn een kapsalon, een speelkamer en een televisielounge, evenals een speelplaats voor de kinderen (tegen betaling) en een kinderclub voor de jongere gasten. In het café, de bar en het restaurant zijn verfrissingen verkrijgbaar. Verder hebben de gasten de beschikking over voorzieningen voor conferenties (vergaderzalen), een leeskamer en draadloze internettoegang in het hele gebouw. Excellent hotel. The staff were brilliant in all departments. The one that stood out in particular was Maribel one of the receptionists. She was absolutely amazing. The hotel food was first class and varied. The location right by the beach was perfect. We would definitely return.

Fabulous hotel choice for quieter guests.

Fabulous. Main points first...... I definitely would return to this hotel, and I rarely say that, as I prefer to go to new places. Great location, quiet end of Lloret, right on beach, wonderful cliff view to the side. Food was healthy and varied enough, I enjoyed the all inclusive offering over the 7 days. I could sit where I liked, every meal. Service was friendly and they made me feel welcome as a single British female guest. Pools and sunbeds superb, especially in the over 18 area (round and four poster beds are the best). Sunshade available for all beds. All free of charge. View from the terrace area wonderful, also from the pool areas. Fitness on the terrace a delight too (thank you fitness coach). Wifi free and worked well. Safe free in the room. Fridge in the room. Room cleaned daily, although I requested that my room not be cleaned daily, as I did not need it. Hotel very clean throughout. Pools looked very clean too. Spa is lush, new, smells nice. Included free if you book directly with the hotel. Sensation showers, steam room and sauna, plus 3 heated loungers. Empty when I visited, or 1/2 people in there. The spa lady was very friendly, even though she did not speak English. Thank you for making me feel welcome. Very few English people at this hotel (which can be a good thing). I noticed a lot of French guests. Most guests were quiet, not loud groups of people. Walks fab along the coast, can easily walk north, although it is a hilly region, so need to be able to walk up and down to walk the coastal paths. Bus to Barcelona is about 20 Euros return, buy tickets from the bus stop in Lloret which is about a 15 minute walk away. Easy to go to for the day. Bus from Girona airport about 12 Euros each way, if prebooked online. Management...please put yoga mats in the gym. More detailed bits..... I would have liked better information, as there was nothing in the room at all, and I was simply told the meal times. I did not know I could borrow a kettle, I did not know the fitness program, or that I had to get a key from reception to use the gym before 10am etc. Little things, but this is just communication that can be easily arranged. The walls were very thin, so conversations could be heard in adjacent rooms. Luckily this was not really a problem, as the people were not party people in the adjacent rooms! Perhaps this issue is only in some parts of the hotel. Toilet paper is rubbish and cheap. Shower in my room was great, it had body jets so you could shower without getting your hair wet if you wanted. Not sure all rooms have this shower. The location is definitely quiet, I think in some hotels on the main strip, in season, would be very noisy with party goers shouting out at night. If you walk onto the terrace area at the front you can see the beach, very beautiful. I would have liked this area to be open late, as it closed at 7pm. Perhaps this stays open later once the evenings get warmer, I hope so, as it is so nice to sit here. The over 18 area was not managed well when I went, as many families thought it was OK to take their children there. Obviously their holiday was more important than mine, or other people's. If the children are quiet, not so much of a problem, but still, it IS an over 18 area. I did raise this on numerous occasions, and it was finally managed. I loved this area, as it had superb sunbeds, and was generally quiet and relaxed. One sunbed had a cigarette burn; what a shame that some people can't treat things properly. Luckily we aren't all like that otherwise nothing would be left nice for others. I could see that a lot of money has been spent to make this hotel smart and comfortable for the guests. Beach towels are not given, nor towels in the spa. I guess I am just used to this in UK spas, so found this unusual. Towels are in the room and changed daily though. My towels in the room were changed daily, even when they hadn't been used and were not on the floor. I did let management know, as this is a waste. Plastic use could be massively reduced. The all inclusive offering allows guests to go up and get a new plastic cup for each drink. I took my own re-usable plastic cups that the hotel gladly filled up for me, which was great. Some guests could easily used 25 cups a day, so for a family of 4, 100 cups a day. Awful waste of single use plastics. I would love all hotels to sell guests a plastic cup they could use throughout, or encourage guests to bring their own, so long as this is not a hygiene issue. Also in the restaurant, guests who were all inclusive could order bottles of wine. There could be a self service tap system for wine which would save all these glass bottles. Perhaps this is hard to provide when the hotel only has some all inclusive guests. This was the smallest food and drink offering for an all inclusive hotel that I have experienced. I have been to 3 others all inclusive hotels. The food is served in one restaurant only. Drinks are from the pool bar only throughout the day. No a la carte restaurant included in the all inclusive option. Snacks are also served in the restaurant after breakfast and before dinner. The restaurant did work well and was pleasant to sit in. I liked that I could sit anywhere. Perhaps in high season there is another bar area on the terrace, which would have been easier and better for that area. I guess this does keep food away from the pool areas, which may help to keep the area clean. I did not go hungry or thirsty, and only had to wait once at the bar for a drink. It was all run very smoothly. Food in the restaurant was seamlessly topped up. I really enjoyed my stay, and had perfect weather while I was there. April was hot enough to sunbathe, and most people had the shades up too. I am already thinking of going back to this hotel.

Good hotel at the edge of the town

We had an amazing time in this hotel. The kids enjoyed both the indoor and the outdoor pools. The food was good and the staff was welcoming. The room was comfortable with a big balcony. The beach is within 3 minutes walk. The town centre is about 15 minutes walk.
