I thought it was fantastic for families my kids absolutely loved it especially the water slides and park playing with all the other kids, don't know what these people who gave it a bad rating expect for the money literally u won't get better entertainment,food and destination for price unless you prefer to give 7-8 grand for a family of 5 to Dubai lol

Absolute joke

Still here now got here yesterday 15th and are here until the 20th and now I’m dreading it. So we arrived about 2pm and had to wait hours for our room which is a nightmare seeing as we had been up since 4am that morning travelling. After getting into our lodge well if you call it a lodge. We was in the lion heart premium and thought it was ok at first! Because we would not really be in the lodge anyways. So second day here and the weather has been amazing and not going to lie there are a few good activities for the kids but am more annoyed about the false advertising of there YouTube video for the resort because that’s what it is! After a long day we got a to bed about 9:30 to have been put in the middle of two families who were loud and I mean loud! We got woken up at 11.15 from the family on the right so we knocked on the wall and asked them to please keep the noise down for them to out to the family on the left and create more noise this went on until 12:50!!! Until my partner decided to walk down to reception to send security up! And even after security came yes the kids got out the hot tub but we can still hear them out there and it’s now half one. Absoulute selfish people!! Like someone else mentioned for people who go on a holiday once a year this is a joke!! I’m so upset that I have book ultra all inclusive and wasted my money for this sort of respect. We will try to enjoy the rest of the holiday the best we can because it’s what we make it but I will not be booking again! Such a let down. Also some food is cold some looks like it has not been cooked properly we had food once and have not had anything here since. This is a resort where people get drunk let the children run riot I mean we are a family of 2 adults one child but it’s just called respect children swearing and rude as well. And clearly up untill god knows what time in the morning!!! Will not recommend!

Our trip was from 8th-15th May, we stayed in a premium lion heart cabin with a hot tub. The room was faultless although the hot tub was never cleaned our water had a smell we called number of times for somebody to clean it, they came with a net leaving the smelly water. We paid for ultra all inclusive and staying in a premium cabin your classed as a premium guest. ( faster queues access to lion heart restaurant) The food in premium restaurants was just OK except for the forest cafe raw burgers and chicken. The normal all inclusive food was disgusting beef burgers cooked on the same fryer as fish which poses huge issues if you’re a vegetarian, also who wants to eat a fishy beef burger. Flies around the fruit and salad bar. Breakfast the pancakes were like cardboard and coffee was like drinking bitter. Only thing edible in the day was the chips and these were stone cold. All our family have been poorly with gastro bug my daughter still can’t keep fluid down three days on. They use a system of having to buy a plastic cup which is exchanged for a clean one after each drink, the cups were always dirty lip stick marks or scum marks on the side. The bedding is stored in cabins outdoors all our family have bites and felt itchy during the night ( we used mosquito repellent and have no mosquito bites) The evening entertainment is non existent no animation team, there is a very late kids club disco then a random act, if your not sat at the very front there’s no chance of seeing it, due to the lack of entertainment kids run riot unsupervised all evening whilst parents sit getting drunk and rowdy! The activities are booked via an app unfortunately this system doesn’t really work, after one activity they then request you to pay for any additional activities. We were sold these as included in the package the holiday wasn’t cheap we paid just below £3000 for a family of two adults two children. We did try and make a complaint but the staff don’t speak English you’d think a resort with 50% English they’d have a few receptionist who spoke English. We’ve been members of the Facebook page but anything negative about the resort is deleted obviously giving customers a false sense of perfection. The resort needs a major shake up with food, they also need a proper animation team who get involved with the English guest not just the Spanish.
