Experience started out poorly. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived, which is not a problem. The problem was that they would not let me keep my bags at the desk until my room was ready. They said they only do that at checkout not check in - what?!? So I had to spend 2 hours babysitting my bags in the lobby until the room was ready. Room was spacious enough but reeked of cigarette smoke. Mattress and bedding was comfortable. Location is great, near to train station and close to the old town and tourist attractions.

A really comfortable and convenient stay. I had a single room which was basic but comfortable. Everything was so clean and the staff at reception and breakfast were really welcoming and accommodating, giving tips for the trip. Location is so perfect, for the beach, attractions and park nearby. Recommend this hotel for a few days stop over! Be aware that the single room didn’t come with any tea and coffee making facilities, but the bar downstairs has a tea and coffee machine and you can obviously get them at breakfast.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable... I didn't realise there were shutters until day 2 so don't make that mistake. I was very emotional leaving the hotel as I was going through a breakup and the receptionist, cleaner and bar staff couldn't have been more kind to me. They made me feel so cared for and I appreciate them so much for that. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
