Dit luxueuze, oosterse hotel heeft een eigen unieke charme en stijl. Het is gelegen in een rustig gedeelte van Naama Bay, op slechts een paar minuten lopen van het levendige centrum. Het hotel ligt ongeveer 800 meter van het strand. De exclusieve locatie is perfect voor vakantiegangers in Sharm die op zoek zijn naar een kleiner, warm en intiem hotel met een nieuwe stijl en alle luxe van de grote vijf-sterren-resorts. De internationale luchthaven Sharm el-Sheikh ligt op ongeveer 12 km afstand.Het designhotel is gerenoveerd in 2010 en biedt een totaal van 140 kamers. Het is smaakvol ingericht met originele, Oosterse motieven. De ambitieuze interieurontwerper heeft een zeer spannend project ontworpen voor mensen die graag op een uitzonderlijke locatie verblijven. De wooneenheden zijn fantasievol, stijlvol en zeer comfortabel. De gasten worden verwelkomd in de ontvangsthal met 24 uur per dag geopende receptie en uitcheckservice. Tot de verdere faciliteiten in dit van airconditioning voorziene hotel zijn een ontvangsthal en een hotelkluis, een kapsalon, een televisielounge, draadloze internettoegang, een café, een bar en een restaurant. Was- en roomservice zijn ook beschikbaar. De gasten kunnen (tegen betaling) gebruik maken van het parkeerterrein van het hotel.Het hotel beschikt over comfortabele kamers van 22 m² met een oosters design en handgemaakte meubelen. !What can I say, wow, wow, wow!!! We’ve recently returned from yet another amazing holiday at what we now consider our second home, the Oriental Rivoli. This 11 night stay was booked for my 50th birthday present last month and I was truly treated like a Princess! We arrived very late the night before my birthday, on the 17th April and had therefore missed the restaurant, we were very kindly brought a tray of food to our room and we settled for the night. On the morning of my birthday we moved to a beautiful superior room with a balcony overlooking the main pool. Just 3 months earlier we stayed in a junior suite overlooking the same pool! It was so lovely to see many of the hotel staff whom we met back in January, were still there, and the very special people we stayed in touch with. The first people we saw were the Crazy Entertainment team. They work very long hours and organise all the daily activities including Aqua fit, yoga, stretches, water volley ball and also the evening entertainment. Afro welcomed us back with open arms, we were introduced to Shaima, who is new to the team but fits in so well, and received the hugest welcome back hug from Peach. We also met new barman Haltham Kamal who was very friendly and worked so hard around all the bars and helping the waiting on staff at busy times. The day only got better bumping into various old friends including Ahmed from the pool bar who remembered our favourite tipple, would send drinks to where we were dining and even made me a new special cocktail, secret ingredients are safe with us… Atif who always helped us with our sun loungers and brought us refreshments throughout the day. Then there is our friend Walid on housekeeping with his amazing towel art arrangements. Such a friendly, funny man, one of our highlights of the day was looking forward to what arrangement surprised us back in our room! The Sultan restaurant did not cease to amaze with the variety, standard and presentation of the food served daily. All the food is clearly labelled for allergens which is especially important to me as I am gluten intolerant. I would like to give special thanks to the chef on the BBQ area, Ramadan Manna. Despite the language barrier, he came after me one day with a meal with no flour, I was so touched by his kindness that I spoke to the manager after a couple of days to ask him to thank him for preparing gluten free meals for me every day! The restaurant waiting staff are amazing, very efficient and attentive to people’s needs, especially Fouad Essat and Sayid Mahmoud who made us laugh constantly and helped to teach us basic Italian and Arabic. I think I may also be known as the crazy British lady who stole all the food decorations from the hot food, salads and deserts! I could not have asked for a more special birthday. It was secretly organised for a birthday cake to be left in our room , courtesy of the Rivoli, along with a beautiful exotic flower arrangement containing birds of paradise and roses which was organised by my partner with the help of Hussein, who is normally seen doing laps around the hotel with peoples luggage. The Crazy Entertainment team surprised me at the end of the evening when Shaima and Peach took me onto the dance floor and “Happy Birthday” was played and everyone sang to me! I thank everyone involved for making my 50th birthday extra special. We enjoyed free beach trips, on site shopping at the souvenir shop, and the Bassam Market for everyday essentials, clothes, local produce etc which is literally 30 second ,walk to the left of the hotel and open 24 hours. There was an amazing talented gentleman who we affectionately named “ The Sandman” who personalised coloured sand art bottles and other shapes based on site too, he was even kind enough to teach my partner how to do them! The highlight for me was the safari with quad biking, camel ride and a live outdoor show and buffet. The local Reps are on site to help organise excursions and are amazing, you know who you are! In fact we love it here so much, that on our last day, with the help of the on site Sales Team, Marco and Ange, we paid for another flight and 3 extra nights so we could stay longer. Thank you so much all for your help guys! We were so happy to be staying longer that we even encouraged another family we met to do the same. We would highly recommend the Oriental Rivoli to all, we love it here so much, we have already booked and paid our flights for January 2024 for 23 nights this time. There are so many amazing staff, we cannot possibly name them all but we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. We hope to see all our special friends when we return!

Second Beautiful holiday here and we were welcomed back like family. Lovely to see all our old friends again especially Ahmed at the pool bar. What a great asset to the hotel he is. Brilliant! Remembered our drinks from 7 months ago! The reception, restaurant and room attendents show such genuine hospitality and friendship for which we are grateful Food at the hotel was lovely, great choice of vegetables, salad, soups and rice inside the restaurant and outside the choice of bbq meat and fish, pasta bar and freshly cooked fries outside. Good entertainment in the evenings. Shows, dances etc. No problem just chilling in the evening if you want a quiet night. Choice of 3 pools, one heated, with plenty of sunbeds etc. Two great members of staff look after everyone at the pool and worked so hard to make sure we had what we needed. Room was cleaned daily and was perfect. Very comfortable with fridge, cold water and a lovely fruit basket waiting for us. A bonus this year, the hotel now has a contract for guests to use the nearby Gafy Resort beach. Absolutely beautiful! Best in the bay. Clear warm water, free sunbeds and plenty of activities available from the beach. We took a boat trip and booked activities with a sales guy on the beach. Great price and we were very happy with them. We happily joined in with water gym, darts golf etc with the Gafy guests. Very inexpensive beach bar, restaurant and shops too. The hotel is in an excellent position. Quiet but near a bank, shop, supermarket, bus and taxis and McDs! I can't wait to return again near the end of the year. Already counting the days! Without a doubt one of the best hotels! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, all the staff was extremely friendly, especially Afro, khouloud, Shaymaa, Sayed, Haytham, Fouad, Atef, Mohammad, Chef Rajab, and many more. They have always been very attentive and helpful, and their kind gesture and hospitality have always been beyond satisfaction. The hotel's entertaining staff mainly Afro gives pleasure and delight and promotes interaction among guests, he’s the spirit of the hotel. Without forgetting the perfect food. It’s a true sample of excellent hospitality and will definitely check into this hotel again! Mr. and Mrs. Matar
