Dit hotel bevindt zich in een van de bekendste ressorts van Egypte. Het wordt omringd door bergen en zee en heeft veel te bieden, bijvoorbeeld watersporten, golf, casino's en nachtleven. De luchthaven ligt op ongeveer 5 km van het hotelgebouw.Het hotel heeft 520 kamer en een airconditioned ontvangsthal met 24 uur geopende receptie en engels sprekend personeel. In het hoofdgebouw bevindt zich een geluidsgeïsoleerde discotheek en een televisiekamer met satelliettelevisie. Verder beschikken de gasten over 2 conferentiezalen voor 20 tot 100 personen en een kapper, die van 10:00 tot 20:00 uur geopend is. Verder biedt het meerdere bars en restaurants.Alle kamers hebben een hoogwaardige inrichting en hebben een lounge en een volledig ingerichte badkamer met haardroger. I really like this hotel so much.. all the stuff are really great.. specially the animation team team are the best.. they made our vacation very nice.. we really enjoyed becoues of them .. animator ( mody.. Annia.. nastya.. olya) all the stuff are great.. thx so much.. we will come back for sure

Amazing stay Sultan

I enjoyed the staying a lot . I came here in may and the staying was amazing . The food, the hotel, and animation team . I was so happy with all my family to stay here . Special thanks to the animation team especially Alaa, Dima, Nastya and Anya they are amazing . The deserts are amazing thanks for the chef! We reccomend Sultan garden to everyone )

We arrived at the sultan gardens late in the evening having read the reviews and had it recommend by friends. Our flight out ws delayed so it was dark on our arrival so we didnt realise how remote the area was on the stretch of road along with the 3 other hotels and a small selection of tourist `nick nack`shops. The second pharmacy furthest away from the hotel was a welcomed visit. We ate before the restaurant closed and had a drink, the food selection was adequate for our late arrival. the staff were very welcoming and we went to our room 469 which was a stones throw from the beach front overlooking the gardens, which in the morning got full sun. The hotel was nice but i wouldnt say 5 star maybe 4 compared with other hotels we`ve stayed in however there are renovations ongoing which doesnt effect your stay they are very concious of guests and surroundings. Please remember to ask for your room to be sprayed against mosquitos and take a plug in repelant because you cant see them you just feel it when they bite and boy did we get bitten 2 days in. Hence the welcomed purchases from the pharmacy. The reception and bar upstairs is nice and a welcoming cool from the days heat if needed along with the outside seating at the top patio area at the rear of reception, the waiter service for drinks was excellent. FOOD....very sweet and sugary of a morning with a large selection of pastries, pancakes waffle and donuts, if you want bland, theres fruit, cereal and bread along with a selection of eggs. salads and other food available but no cold meats /cheese as such because they dont do bacon or ham, its formed chicken meat sliced or grille items, enough to start the day. Fresh orange is payable but at pennies per glass so worth having as the normal juice is very sweet and concentrated. Lunch and evening meal had a varied selection and there was always something on the grill to chose including pasta and english selection if your not for trying other selections. We didnt try the wine selection, but the beer was very drinkable along with the spirits. we did have ice in our drinks which was safe however all 4 of us came down with severe upsets and sickness 5 days into the holiday so im unsure if the ice played a part in this. Our illness started the day after a tri quad biking in the desert and a Bedouin evening where they has BBq food and bottled water and canned drinks but offered tea which i drank the others didnt and they became ill 24hrs later. We have put it down to this food, possibly the ice and the toxins from the mosquito bites as our friends having seen their GP once home are on anti-biotics. i unfortunatly suffered on our flight back once at altitude and spent the majority of the flight in the loo along with the next 3 days after. My wife suffering once she got home for 5 days and so 11 days home we arent 100% right but getting here so please be carefull. The submarine trip was worth the money as you saw some wonderful fish and coral and these are arranged through a chap who is allowed to come into the complex th arrange trips. North38 the adult are pool isnt as big as the others but is big enough with a large jacuzzi and a swim up bar, the bar manager Esseem i think was very good and knew your drinks very quickly. the lifeguard at the pool sorts your towels and your prefernce for sunbeds immediatly and is very chatty and customer focussed. There is the private beach with jetty`s to swim from and places to eat and drink, the fleur de leys beach restaurant was excellent for lunch, the burger bar and pizza were more than enough but the pizza were margarita and dependant on the day there would be peperoni on tuesday maybe and fish pizza thursday, so check what days do what. We booked the indian restaurant one night which was nice having starter and main course only, the portion sizes good, but we couold have shared a rice and a naan bread, feeling bad we couldnt finish all the food. Nothing to do outside the complex so a taxi to SOHO square is worth whils, we arranged one through the hotel who took us to Hard rock cafe at nabq and waited a while before dropping us at SOHO square where we spent a few hours before being picked up by the same driver, and its worth a visit, visually stunning at night with everything lit up and the cleanliness was excellent which is so nice to see, No loitter, no damage or grafitti and you felt very safe walking around. All in all would we go back....No. If your into diving, it has that facility and our other friends dived every few days as they were there for just over 2 weeks. We went for a week and I rarely say this, but we were ready for home after 5 days ... Hot.. I can contend with, but hot, bitten and bored we can`t as much...maybe in a busier area towards Nabq because there were beautiful hotels there and we have been given details of one to visit should we return, but that wont happen sorry. Some of our friends love egypt and can`t believe what happened but each to their own.. Take dollars in 1 and 5..., pounds or euros (not coins) because staff prefer this and the guy doing the trips wants payment ideally in pounds..There are cash machines just outside which are safe and we only use revolute cards anyway so no charges even drawing cash out.. Being only 10 mins from the airport we were later advised that the transport booked for 4 of us with the holiday was dearer than a taxi from the airport and return but you dont know these things. i believe the hotel will send one of the taxi`s which wait at the hotel and arent just street cabs for you if you phone and ask which means your less chance of paying over the odds. Not our greatest holiday, the staff were good and a small tip regularly certainly helped us being served promptly and it helps them out, ive always believed in tipping. Bit mixed on reviews from me, the other reviews i read certainly paint a better more positive picture but we can only say what we experienced. Happy holidays - i think we will stick more with cruises.
