Het hotel bevindt zich aan een van de schitterendste stranden van het schiereiland Soma. Dit schitterend strandresort ligt aan de kust van de Rode Zee, op slechts 45 km rijden van de internationale luchthaven van Hurghada en het resort biedt panoramazicht op de bergen in de woestijn en de blauwe lucht.Dit in 2009 gebouwde hotel is ontworpen als een Moors fort met oriëntaalse accenten en heeft een indrukwekkend landschap met zwembaden, watervallen en lagune's op een meer dan 7.000 m² groot terrein. Het hotel is een perfecte vakantiebestemming voor het hele gezin. Het biedt 325 comfortabel en elegant ingerichte gastenkamers en het hotel heeft een eigen 400 meter lang, natuurlijk en rustig zandstrand met een strandbar, ligstoelen en grote parasols. De gasten worden in dit van airconditioning voorziene hotel verwelkomd in de ontvangsthal met 24 uur per dag geopende receptie en uitcheckservice, een hotelkluis, een wisselkantoor en een lift. Voor de jonge gasten is er een kinderspeelplaats en een kinderclub. De bar en het restaurant bieden een hapje en een drankje. De zakenreizigers kunnen gebruik maken van de draadloze internettoegang en de conferentiefaciliteiten. Was- en roomservice worden tegen betaling geboden en de gasten die met de auto komen, kunnen gebruik maken van de nabijgelegen parkeerplaats.Alle comfortabel ingerichte hotelkamers hebben een balkon of een terras met uitzicht op zee of de tuin. Verder hebben ze een eigen marmeren badkamer met afzonderlijk bad, douche, toilet, haardroger en ramen. De kamers bieden ook een flatscreen televisie met satellietontvangst, individueel regelbare airconditioning, internettoegang, een minibar, een kluisje, een kingsize bed, een telefoon en een radio. De Laguna Club kamers en suites hebben een afzonderlijke ontbijtruimte en 's avonds een lounge met spectaculair uitzicht over de jachthaven van Soma Bay.

Great resort. Very luxurious and clean - literally spotless everywhere. Rooms are a good size and the balconies are well furnished to relax on. Family friendly but more geared towards couples and singles. Many areas are adult areas only to give adults looking for peace a little bit of space. Kids can still enjoy most of the resort, there are great kiddie pools, kids play area and daily activities for kids with amazing staff (special thank you to kids center staff Maryam for her kindness and great attitude with kids, she is such a sweet and kind person and the kids were so at ease with her, in fact all the kid area staff were superb! Food was fresh and great - fresh fish every night at the buffet and so many healthy options.many dishes are German or Arab themed but anyone with any preference is bound to find something they will enjoy. No pork. 24 hour room service and anything you order or need for the room comes so quick! The beach is AMAZING! Calm waters, shallow for about a KM out so kids can safely swim/walk and adults can chill in the water. Beach staff were superb, special thank you to Hatem, nicest person I’ve ever met in Egypt. So many great staff, too many to mention but all were so kind, helpful, polite, nice to children and always smiling and giving greetings. Thank you, we felt very welcomed . Lots of insight activities such as gym, spa, bikes to rent, buggies, racing carts, paddle boats, small boats to rent, snorkeling, walking paths, volleyball, 2 kids playgrounds, camel rides and much more. Rooms were very well built, no carpet (thank god, carpets in hotels are not a good idea) wonderful showers and tubs, plenty of closet space, everything is just so luxurious and you’ll never want to get out of bed from how comfortable the beds are. Only regret is that swimming pools are closed at sundown (around 5:30). Most resorts I’ve stayed pools are open until 8 pm or a little later to enjoy jacuzzi or a swim in the evening. But that’s the only regret. 10/10 resort.

My wife and I stayed ar the Kapinski Hotel in Soma Bay and ate lunch here often. Albert, Amir, Basem, Saad, Dawood and all the team are great, as is the food. Highly recommended and would definitely come back.

Paradise in hotel Kempinski Soma Bay Hurghada

I stayed at the Kempinski Hotel for 10 days in early January 2023 and enjoyed my stay there every day. The staff provided a heartfelt and caring service, whether it was at the reception, in the restaurant, on the beach, or in the spa. Without disturbing the guest's peace, the hotel staff takes care of every wish and your well-being. But what impressed me the most was that despite all the offers and possibilities the hotel offers, you can still enjoy your privacy. In the evening, there was live music on the beach during sunset - it's indescribably beautiful! As for the restaurant - unbeatable! Overall, it was 10 days in paradise for me and I would recommend it to anyone with a clear conscience.
