Nice hotel, great staff throughout the hotel, all very helpful when my Fife had an accident. The hospital doctor, Wael Elhawary, was exceptionally helpful and caring in treating my wife and getting her to the hospital. After the incident all staff were also very sympathetic asking how she was.

First of all i want to express my gratitudine for Dr Wael Reda , for his dedication for his profesion . I was feeling very sick and i went to the clinic of Kai Sol Hotel , were i met dr Wael Reda , who helped me with my general health and also he want to help people first of all ! He is very patient and kind , also great comunication skills . Thank you again for the Kai Sol clinic and all the hotel staff .

Lovely and clean hotel, could not fault the cleaner in our room or in the hotel. Food was amazing ,so much choice, all restuarant staff were so attentive. We have been to Egypt numerous of times and this is the best hotel we have stayed out. Hotel provided a shuttle bus to town, free of charge . Prompt collection and return. All the staff are hard working ,and always have a smile for you. Only negatitive I have , is that sunbeds are reserved , so not alot of choice when you go down . This is my own personal bugbear . As I feel if you want a sunbed ,get up and get it yourself , not the pool or beach attendant to reserve for you . Again ,a awesome hotel. Thank you all , for such a relaxing and lovely time spent at your hotel.
