Terrible hotel I do not even know where to start : There are only breakfast, lunch, dinner‍♂️ But no snacks in between. Think about if you travel with kids‍♂️ Room…ok, we booked “superior blablabla”, the only good thing I can tell is quite a lot of space. Point. The door closes and opens with difficulty and is very loud. Terrible bed linen, especially duvet cover‍♂️ No slippers, no robes‍♂️ The crib is just dead and staggering (looks like they just have stolen it or found on the street) because of this the child sleeps with us So-so for vacation and relaxation And there is still a high probability of the presence of bedbugs, since in the morning all the legs and arms were…you can imagine‍♂️ Mini bar: Two small bottles of water Big bottle of Pepsi No juices, no mineral water, no beer No face towels There are only two large towels in the room, no for a child There is a medium size, but they are of such a kind that they can be placed on the floor The room itself is not clean. Stains on mirrors Splashes in the bathroom, dust… food…so far we are ok Poor selection but good taste. No children's menu, not even plates and cutlery for children Alcohol only local Never ever

We had 2 perfect weeks in Dana Beach, we were here for the second Time . Perfect Hygiene, clean and Tasty food, awesome Beach, and last but Not least great staff. We will Come back soon. Best Hotel in Hurghada. All staff could speak German fluently.

no way 5 stars. questionable cleanliness, canteen-level food, the staff does not move without money. e.g. for 2 days I have been announcing at the reception that the shower hose is broken, no one has come to change it yet. I've been asking the reception for 2 days to give me a mosquito repellent, still nothing! I do not recommend!
