Dit charmante appartementencomplex ligt in de deftige stadswijk van La Paz, niet ver van de botanische tuin, het zeewaterzwembad Lago Martiánez en het stadscentrum. Het mooie strand is na ongeveer 800 meter te bereiken. Restaurants en mogelijkheden om te winkelen vindt u eveneens in de nabijheid van het hotel. Naar het centrum van Puerto de la Cruz is het ongeveer 700 meter. Openbaar vervoer bevindt zich direct voor het complex.Dit copmlex werd in 1985 gebouwd en in 2002 gerenoveerd. Het complex beschikt op 7 etage over 287 appartementen en studio's. Het biedt zijn gasten een ontvangsthal met 24 uur geopende receptie, lift, wisselkantoor, tv-kamer en een internetaansluiting. Verder beschikt het over een gezellige bar, minimarkt en een à la carte restaurant met kinderstoelen voor de kleinsten. Als extra dienstverlening biedt het hotel wasservice. Excellent hotel. Fully equipped kitchen … oven,microwave,kettle and lots of dishes and pans. Very clean. No air con but didn’t need it in April . Nice little pool and in April there were enough sun beds. Good location. Big supermarket down the hill . Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance . Located up a very steep hill but we didn’t find it a problem.

Absolutely Perfect

Fantastic stay! We enjoyed a truly fantastic stay here - everything was perfect. Apartment: The apartment we had (block 7) provided a view of the volcano and the sea from its spacious balcony. The kitchen facilities and equipment were some of the best I've had in a holiday apartment and the bedroom was peaceful and had plenty of wardrobe space. I especially liked the newly upgraded bathroom which was clean and fresh. Facilities: As well as the lovely pool area, the bar/restaurant offered a very reasonably priced and tasty meal. We were lucky enough to catch the talented pianist Josue Lopez perform a fantastic medley of songs from all genres - thoroughly recommended for a great evening of entertainment. Staff: Last but certainly not least, the staff here were all fantastic. From check0in we had super-friendly and helpful suggestions on nearest supermarkets and places to visit nearby, the cleaners (who came every day during our 10 night stay) were always so polite and friendly and everyone in the resort made a point of smiling and saying good morning / buenas dias whatever there role which was welcoming and a refreshing change to some resorts. Overall, I would definitely recommend a stay here, and I personally hope to come back for my second stay in the not too distant future.

Great place, great stay

Really great holiday, the hotel was always clean, towels changed everyday. The restaurant was nice, simple food but super tasty. Hotel entertainment was good, pool tables available. The pool itself was nice with plenty of loungers. A short walk from plenty of restaurants and shops so great location- bit of a hill to get down and up but there are stairs available. The staff we couldn’t fault, all incredibly polite and friendly and when our transfer to get to the airport with Tui never showed it was the reception staff ringing round to try and get us a taxi that got us to our flight on time. Fantastic.
