Great hotel

I went here with my parents in april to the start of may. We had booked a room with two bedrooms and bathrooms (holds up to six people). The rooms were really nice and clean, and there was plenty space for three adults. There are two pool areas, one for adults only (that we mostly used) and the one by the pool bar also has a kids pool close. The pools were good temperature. Overall we had a good stay. There are several things that was great and to name some poolbar, spar express, five days cleaning service, aircon in the room, no smoking on the prmises. There is also possibilities for parking. Overall staff was friendly and service good. Note that if you do not like to walk much, or can't because of health, taxi is needed. My mom has MS and does not get as easily around as me or dad, so for her sake a more central hotel would have been better, but for my own experience I can easily walk the distance down to the sea and walk around to get places, just to keep in mind. I reccommend staying here!

Beautiful and very modern apartment hotel

We couldn't praise this apartment hotel enough. It's modern, stylish, with 2 heated swimming pools. The apartments are extremely nice and spaciuos with great balconies. The adult pool is on the 6th floor, with great views and an infinity pool, really quiet and relaxing. The village centre is 700m from the hotel, so a nice 10 min walk. You can park your car for free right under your apartments block (the hotel is divided into 6 blocks) with lift connection at parking level. The cleaning service is 5 days a week, basically every day except weekends. Everything is simply great and perfect. The swimming pool bar is a bit pricy but in 2 min you can get to the supermarket and get similar drinks/food for a fraction of the cost. The hotel has a supermarket near the entrance (open from 8am to 8pm) so the self catering works a treat. The supermarket also has a bar area where you can buy ready-made food including a small seating area. Very highly recommended!!

Wish i could bring these apartments on every holiday.

Agree with many other reviews here. Apartments are very high standard. New, Clean, spacious with everything you need. Would be great for some activities for the kids but we knew there wasn’t much before we arrived. Think I’ve spent most of my salary in the spar and sometimes nipped in several times a day. It’s super convenient. Kids loved having their own little home from home. Beds comfortable, shower hot ( in one but not our 2nd shower) … apartments are generally quiet at night which is a bonus for a light sleeper. Towels were a little small , think this was mentioned on another review. Hotel Location is not bad and we expected worst after reading other reviews. You can walk to several beaches , Amfi beach which is the larger one in around 25 mins. Great for step count ! I also liked having a couple of solo adult walks for a bit of exercise. We enjoyed trying a few local restaurants to the hotel, Cueva Pirata, Palm Garden, restaurante Ciao ( Italian) were our favourites. Also B-one restaurant is great to have a cocktail and to watch the sunset and just down from the hotel after the tunnel. We did hire a car for the duration of our stay and did quite a few drives around aside from hanging out at the pool. Roque Nublo which is amazing if you don’t mind a little hike and Palmitos Park zoo which is excellent, its like being in Jurassic World with some of the scenery. I did worry a bit for the dolphins mind. We also went to Puerto Morgan ( very pretty) , Las Palmas , Mundo Aborigen ( bit random and a little costly for what it is but my 8 yr old loved it) , Maspalomas Dunes etc ! Feel like we have ticked a lot of boxes and used the apartments as a good base. Would definitely recommend here. Also was nice to hear lots of different languages around the pool.
