Het hotel bevindt zich in het zonnigste gebied van de zuidkust van Tenerife. Naar het strand van Playa de las Americas is het ongeveer 14 kilometer, naar de luchthaven Reina Sofia ongeveer 25 kilometer. Het openbaar vervoer vindt u op ongeveer 50 meter afstand.

Het hotel werd in 2010 gerenoveerd en wordt omgeven door een tropische tuin. Het gebouw beschikt op 16 etages over 240 tweepersoonskamers en 96 suites. Daarnaast heeft het vier liften, een kapper, bar, restaurant, room- en wasservice, parkeerplaats en een parkeergarage.

De kamers zijn voorzien van badkamer met wc, telefoon, ventilator, satelliettelevisie, terras en een huurkluis.

Het hotel biedt u en een zoetwaterpool, poolbar, zonnestudio, duikcursussen en een animatieprogramma.* De Lagoon Pool is gesloten voor algemeen onderhoud van 3 november tot 4 december, beide inbegrepen.

We had a fantastic holiday at the HR Hotel, Tenerife. We stayed in a silver suite with our baby for one week on half board. The rooms are excellent, food is good although we were slightly disappointed with the Montauk Steakhouse - the food in Montauk definitely did not reflect the prices. Sessions buffet restuarant for both breakfast and dinner was great with lots of choice. The swimming pools were also very nice however the sun beds need to either be repaired or replaced - far too many are broken. We eventually booked to use the double beds available to hire - we found this to be worth the money with a minimum spend at the bar of 55 euros (we were spending this anyway). What really made a difference to our stay were the fantastic staff. A special mention to Amanda (Sessions), Conrad (Pool bar) and Ingrid (Reception) who were all amazing during our stay.

Hotel brilliant!!! Staff even better. Seeing Jesus (spice girl) every night at the 16th bar was a delight! Fabulous host and delicious cocktails every night! We were a little worried about the adult pool being closed but we had nothing to worry about as all facilities are 100%!! Can't wait to return! Thank you!! Craig and Katy Burke xxxx

Wow! What a hotel! Really relaxed in the day with good entertainment in the evenings. We went all inclusive and thought the range of food and drinks was fab! Special mention to Lina and Tamy from Constant grind coffee bar who provided 5star service with a smile throughout our stay and couldn't be more helpful. All the staff are amazing though just couldn't learn everyone's names. Can't wait to come back!
