First question would I go back….yes definitely. Very nice hotel comfortable room great shower. Food was all buffet style so it takes a while to understand the butter is forty paces from the bread etc. There is a microwave if like me you like your food piping hot. There was BBC1 ( but no sound) BBC2 and BBC world news on TV in English. To be honest did not spend too much time checking out the evening entertainment but the little I saw was not to my taste. Location is very close to Veronica’s strip but from my room 402 could not hear anything once the hotel entertainment finished about 10:30/11 pm. Staff were all fine so not sure what some of the negative comments were about.

We have been returning to hotel gala for a few years now. The hotel do an amazing job accommodating families, couples and groups. From kids club, adult games & competitions, to live entertainment for both kids and adults. The hotel works really well for all types guests. We requested our favourite room which the hotel fulfilled, nice surprise to see the new room decor. We book half board to give the flexibility of going for either lunch or dinner. The food it’s self is to a good standard and you would be had pushed not to find something you like. My daughter loved the chocolate fountain for pancakes at breakfast. It’s nice to see the same chefs year after year. The pools are lovey and spacious, thankfully there’s a heated one in the winter. Plenty of sun beds. I love the seated area, for some quiet time also. The hotel is kept spotless and rooms cleaned daily. We will be again

Myself and my family all enjoyed our 2 week stay at hotel gala. Rooms were exceptionally clean, rooms tidied on the daily, cleaners were very friendly. Food was always replenished, also huge variety of choices to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Always a clean environment and appetising area. Entertainment was great, normally we would go out in the evening however the shows were really worth the watch. Day time entertainment were fun and the animation team included all people and always made the activities fun to participate in - Antonio, Samira, Enricko and Vicky were all so lovely and made our stay 100% more entertaining - very down to Earth people who should be rewarded more due to their dedication. Would definitely recommend and return to this hotel.
